Claims (5)
- 略円錐台形状の本体ゴム弾性体に対して、その軸方向上端部に第一の取付部材を固着すると共に、その軸方向下端部の外周面に第二の取付部材を固着せしめて、該本体ゴム弾性体の軸方向下方において壁部の一部が該本体ゴム弾性体で構成されて非圧縮性流体が封入された受圧室を形成すると共に、該本体ゴム弾性体の外表面を覆うように可撓性膜を配設して該本体ゴム弾性体と該可撓性膜の間に非圧縮性流体が封入された平衡室を形成し、該受圧室と該平衡室を相互に連通するオリフィス通路を設けた流体封入式防振装置において、
前記本体ゴム弾性体の前記外表面の軸方向下端部近くに前記オリフィス通路の開口部を設けると共に、該開口部付近において該本体ゴム弾性体の該外表面を軸方向上方に向かって直線的に延びる案内溝を形成する一方、前記可撓性膜から該案内溝に向かって突出する突条部を、該案内溝に沿って延びるように形成したことを特徴とする流体封入式防振装置。 - 前記案内溝が前記オリフィス通路の開口部から離れるに従って次第に深さ寸法が小さくなるスロープ形状とされている請求項1に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記可撓性膜が、少なくとも前記案内溝の形成部分を覆う部位において、前記本体ゴム弾性体の軸方向下端部の外周縁部から軸方向上方に立ち上がるように突出する外周竪壁部と、該外周竪壁部の突出先端部分から径方向内方に円弧状に湾曲して延びる湾曲壁部と、該湾曲壁部の内周縁部から径方向内方に向かって略平板状に広がる内周上壁部とを、含んで構成されていると共に、
前記突条部が、該可撓性膜の該外周竪壁部と該湾曲壁部と該内周上壁部の内面から突出して、これら外周竪壁部と湾曲壁部および内周上壁部に亘って一体形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の流体封入式防振装置。 - 前記突条部が、突出方向の基端部よりも先端側の方が幅寸法の小さい断面形状で、前記案内溝の溝方向に延びて形成されている請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 少なくとも装着状態で静的な支持荷重が入力された状態下で、前記突条部の突出先端部分が、その長さ方向の少なくとも一部において、前記案内溝に対して入り込んで位置せしめられるようになっている請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の流体封入式防振装置。
