Abstract
【解決手段】 ECUは、エンジン回転数NEを検知するステップ(S100)と、タービン回転数NTを検知するステップ(S110)と、トルクコンバータのスリップ量N(SLP)を(NE−NT)として算出するステップ(S120)と、スリップ量N(SLP)とマップとに基づいて油圧制御値を算出するステップ(S130)と、リニアソレノイドに油圧制御信号を出力するステップ(S140)とを含む、プログラムを実行する。マップにおいては、スリップ量N(SLP)が正の値で大きくなるほど油圧制御値が小さくなるように設定される。

Description
図1を参照して、本発明の実施の形態に係る自動変速機の制御装置を搭載した車両について説明する。この車両は、FF(Front engine Front drive)車両である。なお、本実施の形態に係る自動変速機の制御装置を搭載した車両は、FF以外の車両であってもよい。
以下、本発明の第2の実施の形態について説明する。本実施の形態においては、トルクコンバータのスリップ量N(SLP)に基づいて、クラッチtoクラッチ(図3に示す4速から3速へのダウンシフト)の場合の、解放側摩擦係合要素の判断から係合側摩擦係合要素の係合判断までの待ち時間を最適化する。なお、第1の実施の形態において説明した図1から図3は本実施の形態においても同じである。したがって、それらについての詳細な説明はここでは繰返さない。
以下、本発明の第3の実施の形態について説明する。本実施の形態においては、トルクコンバータのスリップ回転数N(SLP)に応じてコーストダウン変速線を変更するものである。具体的にはコーストダウン変速線を規定する自動変速機の出力軸回転数を変化させる。なお、本実施の形態においても前述の第2の実施の形態と同様、第1の実施の形態で説明した図1〜図3については同じである。したがって、それらについての詳細な説明はここでは繰返さない。
Claims (3)
- 動力源の動力が流体継手を介して伝達され、複数の摩擦係合要素の係合および解放の組み合わせにより複数の変速段を形成する自動変速機の制御装置であって、
前記動力源の回転数と前記自動変速機の入力軸回転数との差を検知する検知手段と、
前記検知手段により検知された回転数差に対応させて、前記摩擦係合要素の制御態様を変更するための制御手段とを含む、自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記摩擦係合要素は油圧式であり、
前記制御手段は、前記摩擦係合装置の油圧制御値および係合開始時期の少なくとも一方を変更することにより、前記制御態様を変更するための手段を含む、請求項1に記載の自動変速機の制御装置。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記自動変速機の出力軸回転数を検知するための手段と、
少なくとも前記出力軸回転数をパラメータとした変速段を切換える判断情報を記憶するための手段と、
前記出力軸回転数が、前記判断情報に予め定められた回転数を通過したときに前記変速段を切換えるように判断するための手段とをさらに含み、
前記制御手段は、前記予め定められた回転数を変更することにより、前記制御態様を変更するための手段を含む、請求項1または2に記載の自動変速機の制御装置。
