Abstract
【解決手段】固定のX線発生装置を備え、固定のX線発生装置により、コンピュータ断層撮影装置の検査空間を一平面内で少なくとも部分的に包囲するターゲット上に検査空間の周りを移動するX線焦点(12)が発生可能であり、X線焦点(12)からX線ビーム(15)が、検査空間を通して、検査空間を少なくとも部分的に包囲する固定のX線検出器(7)のその都度瞬間に対向位置する検出器要素に向けられ、X線ビーム(15)の1つ又は複数のX線パラメータに影響を与えるための1つ又は複数の成形要素(10,13,14,16)がターゲットと検出器要素との間に配置されているX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置において、1つ又は複数の成形要素(10,13,14,16)が、X線焦点(12)の移動に同期してシステム軸線の周りを回転可能な支持枠(9)に配置されている。

図1は公知の第5世代のコンピュータ断層撮影装置における固定のZコリメータによるX線ビーム投影の歪みを概略図で示し、
図2は本発明によるコンピュータ断層撮影装置の構成例を概略図で示し、
図3は本発明による回転可能な支持枠における成形要素の配置例を示し、
図4は図3のZコリメータおよび蝶ネクタイ形フィルタの部分斜視図を示し、
図5は検出器上へのX線ビームのZコリメータで調整された投影を示し、

Claims (8)
- 固定のX線発生装置(3)を備え、固定のX線発生装置(3)により、コンピュータ断層撮影装置の検査空間を一平面内で少なくとも部分的に包囲するターゲット(4)上に検査空間の周りを移動するX線焦点(12)が発生可能であり、X線焦点(12)からX線ビーム(15)が、検査空間を通して、検査空間を少なくとも部分的に包囲する固定のX線検出器(7)のその都度瞬間に対向位置する検出器要素に向けられ、X線ビーム(15)の1つ又は複数のX線パラメータに影響を与えるための1つ又は複数の成形要素(10,11,13,14,16)がターゲット(4)と検出器要素との間に配置されているX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置において、
1つ又は複数の成形要素(10,11,13,14,16)が、X線焦点(12)の移動に同期してシステム軸線の周りを回転可能な支持枠(9)に配置されていることを特徴とするX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。 - 回転可能な支持枠(9)に配置された1つ又は複数の成形要素(10,11,13,14,16)は、X線ビーム(15)の開き角度を制限すること、X線ビーム(15)の強度分布へ影響を及ぼすこと、およびX線検出器(7)のための散乱X線除去用グリッド(10)を形成すること、の内の少なくとも1つを行なうことを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 回転可能な支持枠(9)に配置された成形要素(10,11,13,14,16)の1つは、システム軸線に対して垂直な一平面内におけるX線ビーム(15)の開き角度を制限するファイコリメータ(13)であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 回転可能な支持枠(9)に配置された成形要素(10,11,13,14,16)の1つは、システム軸線方向へのX線ビーム(15)の広がりを制限するZコリメータ(16)であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- Zコリメータ(16)は少なくとも2つの平行な制限薄板(17)を有し、2つの平行な制限薄板(17)の間をX線ビーム(15)が通過し、X線ビーム(15)によってX線検出器(7)上に投影された制限薄板(17)の縁は、この縁の投影がX線検出器(7)の列制限の経過と少なくともほぼ一致するように成形されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 回転可能な支持枠(9)に配置された成形要素(10,11,13,14,16)の1つは、蝶ネクタイ形フィルタであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の1つに記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 回転可能な支持枠(9)に、ターゲット(4)に対して同軸に配置された電子源リング(21)のための環状遮蔽板(19)が構成され、環状遮蔽板(19)は、その1個所に電子源リング(21)へ至る光線(18)のための貫通窓を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の1つに記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 貫通窓は、電子源リング(21)上へ光線(18)を集束させるためのコリメートレンズ(20)として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
