Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の調圧弁(10)は、ケース部(21,26)内の一次室(17)と二次室(19)の間を連通又は遮断するように移動する弁移動体(11,14)を備えた調圧弁において、ケース部と弁移動体の間に複数の中間部材(20,25)を配置すると共に、複数の中間部材を互いに異なる材質とした、ことを特徴とする。材質の異なる中間部材を配置することで、中間部材によるダンパ作用とシール耐久性の両立が可能となる。

Claims (16)
- ケース部内の一次室と二次室の間を連通又は遮断するように移動する弁移動体を備えた調圧弁であって、
前記ケース部と前記弁移動体の間に複数の中間部材を配置すると共に、前記複数の中間部材を互いに異なる材質とした、ことを特徴とする調圧弁。 - 前記複数の中間部材の材質は摺動抵抗が互いに異なるように選定される、請求項1に記載の調圧弁。
- 前記複数の中間部材は少なくとも前記弁移動体の側面と前記ケース部の内壁との間に設けたシール部材と、前記弁移動体の移動量を減衰させるダンパ部材である、請求項1に記載の調圧弁。
- 前記弁移動体はピストン部と弁体部を含み、前記ピストン部の側面と前記ケース部の内壁との間に前記シール部材と前記ダンパ部材を配置した、請求項3に記載の調圧弁。
- 前記弁移動体はピストン部と弁体部を含み、前記ピストン部の一端が前記二次室に接し、他端が基準圧室に接するものであって、
前記ピストン部の側面と前記ケース部の内壁との間に前記複数の中間部材を配置した、請求項1に記載の調圧弁。 - 前記ピストン部の前記二次室側に位置する中間部材は前記基準室側の中間部材より摺動抵抗が低い、請求項5に記載の調圧弁。
- 前記ピストン部の前記二次室側に位置する中間部材は前記基準室側の中間部材より流体に対するシール性が高い、請求項5に記載の調圧弁。
- 前記ピストン部の前記基準室側に位置する中間部材は前記二次室側の中間部材より前記弁移動体の移動力を減衰させる機能が高い、請求項5に記載の調圧弁。
- 前記複数の中間部材が流体をシールする少なくとも二つのシール部材であって、一方のシール部材が他方のシール部材より相対的に摺動抵抗が高い、請求項5に記載の調圧弁。
- 前記ピストン部の側面、前記ケース部の内壁及び前記複数の中間部材によって画定される空間と前記基準室とを連通する連通手段を有する、請求項5に記載の調圧弁。
- 前記連通手段は前記ピストン部または前記ケース部の内壁の少なくとも一方に形成される、請求項10に記載の調圧弁。
- 前記連通手段は前記基準室側に配置された中間部材またはケース内部の壁と中間部材との接触面の間に形成される、請求項10に記載の調圧弁。
- 前記複数の中間部材のうちの一つが前記弁移動体の移動量を減衰させる機能が高いダンパ部材であって、このダンパ部材が前記ケース部の内壁と前記弁体部との間または前記ケース部の内壁と前記ピストン部の間のうち少なくとも一方に配置される、請求項5に記載の調圧弁。
- 前記弁移動体は弁体部及びピストン部とを含んで前記ケース部内に第1及び第2の付勢手段を両側に介して配置され、
前記ダンパ部材は、前記ケース部と前記第1の付勢手段間、前記第1の付勢手段間と前記弁体部間、前記弁体部と前記ピストン部間、前記ピストン部と前記第2の付勢手段間、前記第2の付勢手段と前記ケース部間のうちの少なくともいずれかに配置される、請求項3に記載の調圧弁。 - 高圧ガス用の調圧に使用される請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の調圧弁。
- 水素ガス用の調圧に使用される請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載の調圧弁。
