Abstract
【解決手段】傾転用油路17を流れる傾転用の圧油(傾転用油圧信号)の一部を、潤滑油導入通路42を通じてモータ室5内に潤滑油として導入する。これにより、モータ室5内に導入された潤滑油は、連通路44を通じて減速機室24内に流込み、遊星歯車減速機構26,30等に対する潤滑、冷却等を行なった後、ドレン通路45を通じてタンク35に排出される。このため、油圧モータ2からのリーク油に頼ることなく、また、減速機室24に潤滑油を供給するためのポンプ等を用いることなく、傾転用油路17を流れる圧油を利用して減速機室24に常に十分な潤滑油を供給することができ、減速機18に対する潤滑、冷却を常時適正に行なうことができる。

Claims (4)
- ケーシング内に回転数を切換える容量可変機構を有する油圧モータと、該油圧モータの回転を減速する減速機とを備えてなる減速機付き油圧モータにおいて、
前記ケーシングには、前記容量可変機構を作動させる傾転用油圧信号の一部を潤滑油として前記ケーシング内に導入する潤滑油導入通路を設け、該潤滑油導入通路の途中には前記ケーシング内に導入される潤滑油の流量を制限する絞り手段を設ける構成としたことを特徴とする減速機付き油圧モータ。 - 前記傾転用油圧信号を供給する油路の途中には、前記容量可変機構の傾転位置に応じて前記油路を開く開位置と前記油路を絞る絞り位置とに切換えられる流量制御弁を設ける構成としてなる請求項1に記載の減速機付き油圧モータ。
- 前記傾転用油圧信号は、油圧源から前記容量可変機構に供給される圧油である請求項1または2に記載の減速機付き油圧モータ。
- 油圧源を前記油圧モータに接続する一対の主管路の間には、該一対の主管路のうち高圧側の主管路を選択するシャトル弁を設け、該シャトル弁と前記容量可変機構との間を接続する油路の途中には、前記容量可変機構に供給される圧油の方向を切換える油圧パイロット式の方向制御弁を設ける構成とし、
前記傾転用油圧信号は、前記方向制御弁の油圧パイロット部に供給されるパイロット信号である請求項1または2に記載の減速機付き油圧モータ。
