Abstract

Claims (10)
- 可動機械構成要素(10)と固定基礎(22)との間の接合面に使用するための支持装置であって、
前記基礎に取付けられるようになったほぼ平らな基礎プレート(18)と、
前記基礎プレートに固定された複数のスライド用プレート組立体(16)と、を含み、
各スライド用プレート組立体が、支持プレート(42)と、受けプレート(46)と、前記受けプレートの上に位置する低摩擦パッド(48)とを含み、
前記複数のスライド用プレート組立体が、前記可動機械構成要素のフートプレート(14)と係合するようになっている、支持装置。 - 前記低摩擦パッド(48)がポリ四フッ化エチレンを含む、請求項1記載の支持装置。
- 前記基礎プレート(18)には、前記機械構成要素(10)のフートプレート(14)上の対応するキー溝(28)と協働して熱膨張時に該機械構成要素を案内するようになった少なくとも1つの細長いキー(24)が設けられている、請求項1記載の支持装置。
- 前記基礎プレート(18)には、前記機械構成要素のフートプレートに作動可能に取付けられるようになった複数の上向きに突出するアンカボルトが設けられている、請求項3記載の支持装置。
- 前記低摩擦パッド(48)が、ポリ四フッ化エチレンを含む、請求項4記載の支持装置。
- 前記支持プレート(42)には、部分球面座(44)が設けられ、前記受けプレート(46)が、前記部分球面座の上に位置しかつ該部分球面座に確保されている、請求項1記載の支持装置。
- 蒸気タービン用の排気フード及び基礎組立体であって、
ほぼ平らなフートプレート(14)が設けられた排気フード構成要素(10)と、
固定基礎(22)に固定された基礎プレート(18)と、を含み、
前記基礎プレートが、その上に前記平らなフートプレートと接合するための複数の多層スライド用プレート組立体(16)を有する、排気フード及び基礎組立体。 - 各スライド用プレート組立体(16)が、支持プレート(42)と、受けプレート(46)と、前記受けプレートの上に位置する低摩擦パッド(48)とを含む、請求項7記載の排気フード及び基礎組立体。
- 前記低摩擦パッド(48)が、ポリ四フッ化エチレンを含む、請求項8記載の排気フード及び基礎組立体。
- 前記基礎プレート(18)には、前記排気フード構成要素のフートプレート上の対応するキー溝(28)と協働して蒸気タービンの熱膨張時に該排気フード構成要素を案内するようになった少なくとも1つの細長いキー(24)が設けられている、請求項8記載の排気フード及び基礎組立体。
