Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つの、外輪なし転がり軸受を、歯車に挿入する装置であって、
支承要素(101)、
該支承要素(101)に取り付けられた、クレーンへの結合手段(113)、および
前記支承要素(101)に取り付けられた、少なくとも2つの固定要素(119)を備え、該固定要素(119)は基準軸に対して径方向に、共におよび別々に移動可能であり、
前記固定要素(119)は、共に移動されて、前記転がり軸受の内輪に挿入可能であり、および
前記固定要素(119)は、前記内輪に挿入された後に別々に移動される時に、前記転がり軸受において、少なくとも前記内輪を固定するよう構成され、および
前記歯車上に置くことが可能な脚部要素(103)を備え、
前記支承要素(101)は、前記基準軸に対して軸方向に移動可能な状態で、前記脚部要素(103)に取り付けられることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記脚部要素(103)は、少なくとも1つの位置決め手段(209、211)を備え、前記脚部要素(103)を前記歯車上で、基準軸に対して径方向に位置決めすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのダンパ(203)を備え、該ダンパ(203)は、前記支承要素(101)の、前記脚部要素(103)方向の移動を減衰可能であるよう構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記固定要素(119)を調整する調整機構を備え、該調整機構は、前記基準軸を中心に回転可能なディスク(109)を備え、
該ディスク(109)は、前記固定要素(119)をガイドするガイド手段(115)を備え、該ガイド手段(115)は、前記ディスク(109)が回転すると、前記固定要素が、共におよび別々に移動するよう作用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記ディスク(109)は、前記固定要素のガイド手段(115)として、螺旋状に延在する凸部、凹部または開口部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 外輪なし転がり軸受を歯車に挿入する方法であって、
請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の装置をクレーンに結合するステップと、
前記支承要素(101)を、前記脚部要素(103)と反対方向に移動させるステップと、
前記固定要素(119)を前記転がり軸受の前記内輪に挿入するステップと、
前記固定要素(119)が、前記転がり軸受において、少なくとも前記内輪を固定するよう、前記固定要素(119)を別々に移動させるステップと、
前記脚部要素(103)を前記歯車上に置くステップと、
前記支承要素(101)を、前記基準軸に対して軸方向に、前記脚部要素(103)方向に移動させるステップと、
前記固定要素(119)を、共に移動させるステップと、
前記装置を取り外すステップと、
を含む方法。
