Claims (12)
- 風力タービンの重量部品に関する設置及び修繕作業の実施中に風力タービンに主軸(4)を固定するための主軸固定装置(10)であって、該固定装置(10)は風力タービンのナセル中の底フレーム(2)を含めた安定な構造部品(2)上に取付けるために多数の装着用区画に分割され、
前記主軸の中心軸線(11)の周囲に実質的に対称に位置する少なくとも3つの半径方向に変位可能な圧力マンドレル(18)を備え、前記主軸(4)に面する該圧力マンドレル(18)の端部はタップシュー(20)を装着し、前記圧力マンドレル(18)は、前記タップシュー(20)が前記主軸(4)の表面からある距離を置いて位置するように構成される受動的位置と、前記タップシューが前記主軸(4)と係合するように構成される能動的位置との間で変位可能であることを特徴とする、
主軸固定装置(10)。 - 自己引上げ型起重機(14)装着用の設備を備え、該起重機のウインチは前記風力タービンの脚部近傍の地表面に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の主軸固定装置。
- 軽量型起重機(12)装着用の設備(40)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の主軸固定装置(10)。
- 前記圧力マンドレル(18)は、前記タップシュー(20)を、前記受動的位置と前記能動的位置との間の選択可能な位置に替えて、前記受動的位置及び前記能動的位置にそれぞれ変位及び保持させるアクチュエータを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の主軸固定装置(10)。
- 前記圧力マンドレル(18)はネジボルトからなり、該ネジボルトの前記主軸に面した相対する自由端はタップシュー(20)を装着し、前記ネジボルトは前記固定装置(10)の当該区画中のネジ穴と協同することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の主軸固定装置(10)。
- 前記主軸表面及び前記タップシューの相対する側面の間に位置する滑斜面ライニング(42、44)により特徴付けられる、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の主軸固定装置(10)。
- 前記滑斜面ライニングは、前記主軸(4)に面する前記タップシュー(20)の前記相対する自由端が摺動板(42)を備えるように構成され、該摺動板は能動的位置で前記主軸(4)と係合することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の主軸固定装置(10)。
- 前記主軸(4)と協同して前記主軸(4)に装着するための多部品構成型摺動板を備え、該多部品構成型摺動板は前記主軸(4)上のその装着位置で前記タップシュー(20)と協同することを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の主軸固定装置(10)。
- 前記主軸(4)に締結された多部品構成型内輪(48)、及びそれと協同する、タップシューの数に対応する湾曲状下位区域(52)からなる多部品構成型外輪(50)であって、前記内輪(48)に面する前記タップシュー(20)の相対する側面に装着され、前記圧力マンドレルの能動的位置で前記多部品構成型内輪(48)の外周からある距離を置いて前記外輪(50)を形成する、多部品構成型外輪、からなる多部品構成型ニードル軸受、ローラ軸受、またはボール軸受(46)を備え、適合数のニードルローラ、ローラ、またはボール(54)は前記内輪(48)と前記外輪(50)との間に配設され、かつ前記内輪(48)と前記外輪(50)との間の位置に前記ニードルローラ、ローラ、またはボール(54)を保持する手段が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の主軸固定装置(10)。
- 前記風力タービンのロータ8の固定用のロータ係止装置(24)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の主軸固定装置(10)。
- 前記ロータ係止装置(24)はフランジ要素からなり、そのボルトサークル形状(26)は前記ロータのボルトサークル形状(28)に対応し、前記フランジ要素(24)は端部で前記主軸と平行にその各側に延在する2つの第1の梁材形状ブラケット(22)の第1の端部(21)に締結され、前記梁材形状ブラケット(22)は主軸固定装置に属し、前記ブラケット(22)の他方の端部(23)は水平に方向づけられたボルト接続部(30)により前記主軸固定装置(10)に属する他方のブラケット(39)に枢着され、該ボルト接続部は前記ナセルの前記底フレーム(2)に据えつけられることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の主軸固定装置(10)。
- 少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(36)は前記ナセルの前記底フレーム(2)と前記底フレーム(2)に面する前記第1の梁材形状ブラケット(22)の隣接側面(25)との間で前記ロータ係止装置(24)に最近傍に位置し、前記アクチュエータ(36)は第1の受動的外側位置と、前記フランジ要素(24)が垂直方向に変位される能動的外側位置との間で変位可能であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の主軸固定装置(10)。
