Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明による平板表示装置は、基板と、前記基板上に配列された信号線と、前記信号線の交差により定義された画素駆動回路領域に各々位置する画素駆動回路と、前記各画素駆動回路に接続し、前記信号線の中で少なくとも一つと重畳される画素電極と、を含む。前記画素駆動回路領域の中で同一色に該当する画素駆動回路領域は、列方向にお互いに隣接して位置する。そして、前記画素電極は、前記画素駆動回路領域と異なる配列を有し、行方向及び列方向に異なる色に該当する画素電極と隣接する。

- 基板と、
前記基板上に配列された信号線と、
前記信号線の交差により定義された画素駆動回路領域に各々位置する画素駆動回路と、
前記各画素駆動回路に接続し、前記信号線の中で少なくとも一つと重畳される画素電極と、を含むことを特徴とする平板表示装置。 - 前記画素駆動回路領域の中で同一色に該当する画素駆動回路領域は、列方向にお互いに隣接して位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記画素電極は、前記画素駆動回路領域と異なる配列を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記各画素電極は、行方向及び列方向に異なる色に該当する画素電極と隣接することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記画素電極は、デルタ型に配列されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記信号線の中で一部は、スキャンラインと前記スキャンラインを交差しながら直線形態に配列されたデータラインであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記信号線の中で他の一部は、前記スキャンラインを交差しながら直線形態に配列された電源ラインであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の平板表示装置。
- 前記画素電極と重畳される前記信号線と前記画素電極との間に介在された絶縁膜の厚さは、5000Å以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板表示装置。
