Abstract
【解決手段】 防食被覆を有する鋼製柱であって、該鋼製柱と埋設用充填材が接する界面上端部の大気側及び充填材側の少なくとも50mmの鋼製柱外側部分に、アンモニウムイオンを含む水溶液に対する耐久性に優れた耐食材からなる被覆層を有する埋設地際部の腐食防御性を有する鋼製柱である。

Description
(2)表面に亜鉛系めっきを施した鋼製柱であって、該鋼製柱と埋設用充填材が接する界面上端部の大気側及び充填材側の少なくとも50mmの鋼製柱外側部分に、アンモニウムイオンを含む水溶液に対する耐久性に優れた耐食材からなる被覆層を有することを特徴とする埋設地際部の腐食防御性を有する鋼製柱。
(4)前記耐食材が、アンモニウムイオンを中和する能力を有する顔料を1質量%以上30質量%未満含む50μm厚み以上のエポキシ系塗膜である前記(1)又は(2)記載の埋設地際部の腐食防御性を有する鋼製柱にある。
図1は、本発明に係る構成説明図である。この図1に示すように、防食被覆層(亜鉛めっき)2を有する鋼製柱1であって、該鋼製柱1と埋設用充填材(土又はコンクリート)4が接する界面上端部の大気側及び充填材側それぞれの少なくとも50mmの鋼製柱外側部分に、アンモニウムイオンを含む水溶液に対する耐久性に優れた耐食材3からなる被覆層を有することを規定する。

図2に示した試験体を作製した。試験材5(鋼製柱)のサイズは、外径60.5mmφ×200mm長さ×3.8mm厚である。試験材5には、予め表2に示す防食被覆を施し、その上に、表2に示す金属系の耐食材を施した。これを直径100mmのコンクリート6に200mmの長手方向の約半分を埋設し、さらに、コンクリートの上部に高さ20mmの塩ビ製の枠7をはめ、この中に、市販の園芸用の土と腐葉土を混ぜ合わせた埋設用充填材8を充填した。この試験体に、表1に示した平均的な犬の尿とほぼ同じ成分の水溶液を1日1回散布し、6ヵ月後の腐食状態を、腐食の発生と孔食の有り無しで評価した。試験に供した材料とその試験結果を表2に示す。本発明による鋼製柱は、犬の尿と土の組み合わせによる溶液での耐久性に優れることが明らかである。
JIS H 8641に規定されている条件で亜鉛めっきを施した外径43mmφ×100mm長さ×3.5mm厚の鋼管外面に、エポキシ樹脂ワニスを49質量%、体質顔料(酸化チタン)を30質量%、その他添加剤を約2質量%、さらに溶剤を6質量%含む主剤に、13質量%の硬化剤で重合させる常温硬化型エポキシ樹脂塗料に、表3に示す顔料を塗料に対する質量%で、主剤中に添加し、刷毛で塗装して耐食材からなる被覆層を形成した。その際、顔料のアンモニウムに対する中和能の測定として、5%アンモニウムイオンを含む水溶液を100g用意し、これに表に記述した顔料を粉末の状態で1%、添加した場合に、pHが1以上下がった場合にアンモニウムイオンを中和する能力があるとした。また、硬化剤の種類も、イソシアネート系樹脂を用いたものとポリアミドアミン系樹脂を用いたものとで試験した。
内径150mmφ、肉厚6mm、長さ3mの鋼管にJIS H8641に規定されている方法により亜鉛めっきを施し、その表面の下端より500mm離れた部分から上部に500mmの範囲に、実施例1に示した1番の仕様の耐食材を被覆したものと、同じく実施例1の7番の仕様の耐食材を被覆したもの、さらに実施例2に示した26番の仕様の耐食材を被覆したもの、並びに、比較例として、耐食材を被覆しない鋼管をそれぞれ用意した。これらの鋼管を下端より750mmの位置がコンクリート表面に現われるようにコンクリートに立て込み、その上に50mm厚さで土をかぶせたものを試験体とした。
これらの試験体に、1日一回、表1に示した成分の溶液を散布した。1年経過した後に観察すると、比較材では、土に埋設された部位のめっきが腐食し、赤錆の発生が見られたが、本発明例の3本の鋼管は全く腐食が認められなかった。これより、本発明の鋼製柱が耐久性に優れることが実証された。

Claims (4)
- 防食被覆を有する鋼製柱であって、該鋼製柱と埋設用充填材が接する界面上端部の大気側及び充填材側の少なくとも50mmの鋼製柱外側部分に、アンモニウムイオンを含む水溶液に対する耐久性に優れた耐食材からなる被覆層を有することを特徴とする埋設地際部の腐食防御性を有する鋼製柱。
- 表面に亜鉛系めっきを施した鋼製柱であって、該鋼製柱と埋設用充填材が接する界面上端部の大気側及び充填材側の少なくとも50mmの鋼製柱外側部分に、アンモニウムイオンを含む水溶液に対する耐久性に優れた耐食材からなる被覆層を有することを特徴とする埋設地際部の腐食防御性を有する鋼製柱。
- 前記耐食材が、鋼製柱側に有機樹脂接着層を有する0.1mm厚み以上の耐食金属材である請求項1又は2記載の埋設地際部の腐食防御性を有する鋼製柱。
- 前記耐食材が、アンモニウムイオンを中和する能力を有する顔料を1質量%以上30質量%以下含む50μm厚み以上のエポキシ系塗膜である請求項1又は2記載の埋設地際部の腐食防御性を有する鋼製柱。
