Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のストリップ34の貼り付け方法では、まず、呼称ストリップ幅、カーカス50のサイズ、および所望のエンド数に基づいて、エンドギャップを算出する。次に、算出されたエンドギャップを、各ストリップ34の間に実質的に一様に分配させるのに必要な分配ギャップを算出する。そして、各ストリップ34が、隣接するストリップ34から分配ギャップの間隔だけ離れるように、ブレーカをストリップ34ごとに貼り付ける。

Claims (3)
- タイヤのブレーカ補強層をストリップごとに貼り付けていく方法であって、
呼称ストリップ幅、カーカスのサイズ、および所望のエンド数に基づいて、エンドギャップを算出する工程と、
算出された前記エンドギャップを、前記各ストリップの間に実質的に一様に分配させるのに必要な分配ギャップを算出する工程と、
前記各ストリップを、隣接する前記ストリップから前記分配ギャップの間隔だけ離して、ブレーカを前記ストリップごとに貼り付ける工程と、
を有する方法。 - 前記各ストリップがタイヤのカーカスに貼り付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 異なるサイズのタイヤについて、呼称ストリップ幅、カーカスのサイズ、および所望のエンド数に基づいて、エンドギャップを再算出し、
算出された前記エンドギャップを、サイズの異なる前記タイヤの前記各ストリップの間に実質的に一様に分配させるのに必要な分配ギャップを再算出し、
前記各ストリップを、隣接する前記ストリップから再算出された前記分配ギャップの間隔だけ離して、ブレーカを前記ストリップごとに貼り付ける
ことによって、前記ストリップを、前記異なるサイズのタイヤのタイヤブレーカを貼り付けるのに利用する工程をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
