- 第1電極板と第2電極板との間にセパレータが介在された電極組立体と;
前記電極組立体を収容する,絶縁層が形成された金属材質のケースと;
前記ケースを密閉する蓋体組立体と;
を含むことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記絶縁層は,前記ケースの内面に形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁層は,前記ケースの外面に形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁層は,前記ケースの内面と外面とに形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁層は,前記ケースに塗布により形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記塗布は,前記ケースに浸漬により形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記塗布は,前記ケースに溶射により形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記塗布は,前記ケースに積層により形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記塗布は,前記ケースに塗装により形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁層は,エポキシ材質であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁層は,ナイロン材質であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁層は,アクリル材質であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁層は,前記ケースの底面を被覆するように下側に形成されたことを特徴とする,請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
