Description
Claims (21)
- 전해액이 함침되어 있고 충방전이 가능한 양극/분리막/음극 구조의 전극조립체;상기 전극조립체가 내장되어 있는 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어진 전지케이스; 및상기 전지케이스의 외면 중 적어도 일부에 도포되어 있고 전기절연성 고분자를 포함하는 보호 코팅층;을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보호 코팅층은 프라이머(primer)로서 아크릴 수지와 코팅 기재로서 우레탄 수지의 도포 후 건조하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보호 코팅층은 프라이머로서 에폭시 수지와 코팅 기재로서 아크릴 수지의 도포 후 건조하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보호 코팅층은 아크릴 수지와 실리콘 수지의 혼합 용액의 도포 후 경화제의 경화 작용으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스는 각형 전지케이스인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 보호 코팅층은 상기 전지케이스의 상단 외주면으로부터 하향으로 소정 크기의 미코팅 마진 구간을 둔 상태로 전지케이스의 외면에 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 미코팅 마진 구간은 상기 전지케이스의 상단 외주면으로부터 하향으로 0.5 내지 5 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 미코팅 마진 구간은 전지케이스 상에 절연물질을 도포하거나 절연체 또는 절연 테이프를 장착 내지 부착한 상태에서 보호 코팅층을 형성한 후, 상기 절연물질 또는 절연체 또는 절연 테이프를 제거함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보호 코팅층의 두께는 0.01 내지 0.05 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀의 제조 과정에서 전지셀 활성화 공정은 전지셀의 상단에 양극 충전 핀과 음극 충전 핀이 접속된 상태로 진행되고, 상기 전지케이스의 하면 전체에 보호 코팅층이 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀의 제조 과정에서 전지셀 활성화 공정은 전지셀의 상단에 음극(또는 양극) 충전 핀이 접속되고 전지셀의 하단에 양극(또는 음극) 충전 핀이 접속된 상태로 진행되며, 상기 양극(또는 음극) 충전 핀의 접속을 위한 접속용 개구 구간을 제외하고 전지케이스의 하면 전체에 보호 코팅층이 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 접속용 개구 구간은 전지케이스의 일부 하단면에 절연물질을 도포하거나 절연체 또는 절연 테이프를 장착 내지 부착한 상태에서 보호 코팅층을 형성한 후, 상기 절연물질 또는 절연체 또는 절연 테이프를 제거함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스는 원통형 전지케이스인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스의 측면 전체에 보호 코팅층이 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀의 제조 과정에서 전지셀 활성화 공정은 전지셀의 상단에 양극(또는 음극) 충전 핀이 접속되고 전지셀의 하단에 음극(또는 양극) 충전 핀이 접속된 상태로 진행되며, 상기 음극(또는 양극) 충전 핀의 접속을 위한 접속용 개구 구간을 제외하고 전지케이스의 하면 전체에 보호 코팅층이 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 접속용 개구 구간은 전지케이스의 일부 하단면에 절연물질을 도포하거나 절연체 또는 절연 테이프를 장착 내지 부착한 상태에서 보호 코팅층을 형성한 후, 상기 절연물질 또는 절연체 또는 절연 테이프를 제거함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 접속용 개구 구간은 전지셀 활성화 공정 이후에 절연부재로 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은 리튬 이차전지 셀인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지셀.
- 제 1 항에 따른 전지셀이 팩 케이스에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 이차전지 팩.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 이차전지 팩은 임배디드 팩(embedded pack)인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 팩.
- 제 20 항에 따른 이차전지 팩이 전원으로 내장되어 있는 모바일 디바이스.
