Abstract
【解決手段】合成樹脂製吸気マニホールド本体16及び合成樹脂製通路構成部材15に、接合ラインに沿って連続する本体側接合鍔21及び構成部材側接合鍔22を設ける。本体側接合鍔に突条21aを設ける一方、構成部材側鍔部に溶着突条22aと内側及び外側規制壁22b,22cと
を設ける。そして、合成樹脂製吸気マニホールド本体に対し合成樹脂製通路構成部材を溶着前に接合ラインに沿って位置合わせした際、内側バリ溜り23の内外方向の寸法Aを外側
バリ溜り24の内外方向の寸法Bよりも所定の比率だけ長くなるように形成し、内側バリ溜
りの容積を外側バリ溜りの容積よりも大きくなるように設定している。

Description
のはみ出しを管理することができる合成樹脂製吸気マニホールドの溶着構造を提供することにある。
着する際の溶着バリの内側へのはみ出しを簡単な構成でより確実に管理することが可能となる。
部14bにおいて分割され、その各吸気路13A,13B,13C,13DのU字管部14bの反エンジン側に位置する反エンジン側断面略半円弧状部分よりなり、各吸気路13A,13B,13C,13DのU字管部14bのエンジン側断面略半円弧状部分18をエンジン側から覆うように一体的に形成されてなる。この場合、図2に示すように、合成樹脂製通路構成部材15は、合成樹脂製吸気マニホールド本体16の各吸気路13A,13B,13C,13DのU字管部14bのエンジン側断面略半円弧状部分18に対しループ状に繋がる接合ライン(各吸気路13A,13B,13C,13Dの仕切壁17を除く周壁を繋ぐライン)に沿って溶着されるようになっている。
各確認窓部25は、接合ライン方向所定間隔置きに略逆V字状に切り欠いて形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 合成樹脂製吸気マニホールドの少なくとも一部を構成する合成樹脂製通路構成部材を残る合成樹脂製吸気マニホールド本体に対しループ状に繋がる接合ラインに沿って溶着する合成樹脂製吸気マニホールドの溶着構造において、
上記合成樹脂製吸気マニホールド本体および合成樹脂製通路構成部材には、接合ラインに沿って接合鍔がそれぞれ設けられており、
上記両接合鍔の一方には、他方の接合鍔側に向かって突出する突条が設けられている一方、
他方の接合鍔には、一方の接合鍔側に向かって突出しかつ上記突条に対し溶着される溶着突条が設けられているとともに、その溶着突条を挟んで接合ラインの内外両側よりそれぞれ一方の接合鍔側に向かって突出する内側および外側規制壁が設けられていて、
上記合成樹脂製吸気マニホールド本体に対し合成樹脂製通路構成部材を溶着前に接合ラインに沿って位置合わせした際、一方の接合鍔の突条と他方の接合鍔の内側規制壁および溶着突条とによって形成される内側バリ溜りの容積は、一方の接合鍔の突条と他方の接合鍔の外側規制壁および溶着突条とによって形成される外側バリ溜りの容積よりも大きくなるように設定されていることを特徴とする合成樹脂製吸気マニホールドの溶着構造。 - 上記請求項1に記載の合成樹脂製吸気マニホールドの溶着構造において、
合成樹脂製吸気マニホールド本体に対し合成樹脂製通路構成部材を溶着前に接合ラインに沿って位置合わせした際、内側バリ溜りの内側規制壁と溶着突条との間の内外方向の寸法は、外側バリ溜りの外側規制壁と溶着突条との間の内外方向の寸法よりも長くなるように設定されていることを特徴とする合成樹脂製吸気マニホールドの溶着構造。 - 上記請求項1または請求項2に記載の合成樹脂製吸気マニホールドの溶着構造において、
外側規制壁には、接合ラインでの両接合鍔同士の溶着進行具合を確認する確認窓部が設けられていることを特徴とする合成樹脂製吸気マニホールドの溶着構造。
