Abstract
【解決手段】 内燃機関1のクランク角信号SCRANK に基づく行程判別完了後の1燃焼サイクル内で、スロットルバルブ11が所定スロットル開度から急開されたのち急閉される一連の動作が、内燃機関1の1燃焼サイクル内で、極めて短い時間内に起きたときには、スロットル開度TAを含む各種パラメータに基づき算出される点火時期が所定遅角量だけ遅角側に補正される。このため、スロットルバルブ11の一連の動作が、極めて短い時間内に起きた場合のノッキング等の発生を的確に防止することができる。

Claims (7)
- 内燃機関の吸気通路に配設されたスロットルバルブのスロットル開度を検出するスロットル開度検出手段と、
前記内燃機関のクランクシャフトの回転に伴うクランク角信号を検出するクランク角検出手段と、
前記クランク角検出手段で検出されたクランク角信号に基づき行程判別を行なう行程判別手段と、
前記行程判別手段により規定される前記内燃機関の1燃焼サイクル内で、前記スロットルバルブを所定スロットル開度から急開したのち急閉する一連の動作が所定時間内に起きたときには、前記スロットル開度を含む各種パラメータに基づき算出される点火時期を、所定遅角量だけ遅角側に補正する点火時期補正手段と
を具備することを特徴とする内燃機関の点火制御装置。 - 前記点火時期補正手段は、前記スロットルバルブの一連の動作が、100〔ms(ミリ秒)〕以内であるときに、前記所定遅角量を設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の点火制御装置。
- 前記点火時期補正手段は、前記スロットルバルブの一連の動作が、前記クランク角信号に基づくアイドル近傍の機関回転速度で起きたときに、前記所定遅角量を設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の点火制御装置。
- 前記点火時期補正手段は、前記スロットルバルブの一連の動作のうち開から閉までの後半の動作の少なくとも一部が、前記内燃機関の1燃焼サイクル内で吸気行程にかかるときに、前記所定遅角量を設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の点火制御装置。
- 前記所定遅角量は、前記スロットルバルブの一連の動作のうち開から閉までの後半の動作におけるスロットル開度変化量に応じて設定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか1つに記載の内燃機関の点火制御装置。
- 前記点火時期補正手段は、前記スロットルバルブの一連の動作のうち開から閉までの後半の動作におけるスロットル開度変化量が所定値以内であるときには、前記所定遅角量の設定を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の点火制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関は、4サイクル単気筒または独立吸気の4サイクル複数気筒であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか1つに記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。
