Abstract
【解決手段】 可動板12と固定板13とを交互に配置し、これらの可動板12と固定板13に形成した凹部14,15に、2本のスクリュー21,22を配置すると共に、その2本のスクリュー21,22の羽根25,26の一部をオーバラップさせ、両スクリュー21,22を回転駆動して、処理対象物を搬送しながら、液体を可動板12と固定板13の間の間隙から排出させる。可動板12の交換時には、2本のスクリュー21,22を上方に持ち上げ、次いで可動板12を上方に引き上げる。

Claims (6)
- 上部が開放した凹部を有する複数の可動板と、これらの可動板の凹部を貫通して延びる2本のスクリューとを有し、前記可動板の凹部は、回転する2本のスクリューの羽根によって該可動板が押動される大きさに設定されていると共に、スクリューを上方に持ち上げることのできる形態に形成されていることを特徴とする固液分離装置。
- 前記2本のスクリューは、その羽根の一部が互いに重なった状態で配置されている請求項1に記載の固液分離装置。
- 各スクリューによって、処理対象物がほぼ同じ方向に搬送されるように、各スクリューの羽根の巻き方向と各スクリューの回転方向が設定されている請求項1又は2に記載の固液分離装置。
- 上部が開放した凹部を有する複数の固定板を具備し、各固定板の間に前記可動板がそれぞれ配置され、前記2本のスクリューは、前記固定板に形成された凹部と可動板に形成された凹部を貫通して延び、固定板の凹部も、スクリューを上方に持ち上げることのできる形態に形成され、可動板と固定板の間の間隙を通して濾液が流下するように構成されている請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の固液分離装置。
- 前記可動板の上部を覆う着脱可能なカバーを具備する請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の固液分離装置。
- 前記可動板と固定板の上部を覆う着脱可能なカバーを具備する請求項4に記載の固液分離装置。
