Abstract
【解決手段】 フォトリフレクタ1のハウジング2には上方と前方に開口する受発光デバイス3を収納する収納凹部2aが形成されており、両側壁には受発光デバイス3の配線基板4が挿入される溝部2bが形成されている。ハウジング2の底部に一部が埋設された複数のリードフレーム9には、バネ性を有する接点部9aが底部に形成された開口部3cから上方へ突出しており、棒状部9bは前面から突出している。配線基板4には配線パターン4aが形成され、配線基板4表面に搭載された封止樹脂7で封止された受発光素子から配線基板4側面を経由して裏面まで配設されている。受発光デバイス3がハウジング2に収納されたときに、配線パターン4aはリードフレーム9の接点部9aと導通する。

Claims (6)
- 電子要素を配線基板上に搭載した電子デバイスをハウジングの収納凹部に収納した表面実装型モジュールにおいて、前記配線基板の裏面には前記電子要素と導通する配線パターンを設けるとともに、前記ハウジングに一部が埋設されたリードフレームの前記ハウジングの内側の一端にはバネ性のある接点部を形成して、この接点部を前記収納凹部に露出させ前記ハウジングに設けた溝部に前記電子デバイスを保持することによって前記配線パターンに当接させたことを特徴とする表面実装型モジュール。
- 前記ハウジングの外側へ突出した全てのリードフレームを前記配線基板面に対して直角に曲げたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の表面実装型モジュール。
- 前記ハウジングの外側へ突出した全てのリードフレームを前記配線基板面に対して平行二段に曲げたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の表面実装型モジュール。
- 前記ハウジングの外側へ突出した前記リードフレームの端部にバネ性のある接点部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の表面実装型モジュール。
- 前記電子デバイスが光デバイスであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の表面実装型モジュール。
- 前記光デバイスのハウジングに光ファイバのコネクタ部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の表面実装型モジュール。
