Abstract
【解決手段】 ロータリー切削ユニット2は、回転可能なアンビル18の上に横たわっているロータリーカッタ4を含んでいる。アンビル18は、軸19と、ロータリーカッタ4の切刃部材10と同時に動く少なくとも一つのアンビル部分20と、ロータリーカッタ4の一対の突き合わせ部材16に突き合わさる一対の荷重伝動部分22を含んでいる。一対の荷重伝動部分22は、アンビル18の両側に配置されている。荷重支持部材24は、個々の荷重伝動部分22とアンビル部分20の間に設けられている。個々の荷重支持部材24は、軸受15によって軸19に連結されている。流体シリンダ25は、荷重支持部材24に対して上向きの力を作用させる。

Claims (9)
- ロータリー切削ユニットのための回転可能なアンビルであって、
軸と、
ロータリーカッタの切刃部材と協働する少なくとも一つのアンビル部分と、
ロータリーカッタの一対の突き合わせ部材に突き合わさり、前記少なくとも一つのアンビル部分のそれぞれの軸方向端部に隣接して配置された一対の荷重伝動部分と、
前記少なくとも一つのアンビル部分と個々の荷重伝動部分との間で軸方向に配置された荷重支持部材であって、個々の荷重支持部材が軸に対して軸受によって連結され、前記軸が前記荷重支持部材に対して相対的に回転可能である荷重支持部材と、
を備える回転可能なアンビル。 - 前記少なくとも一つのアンビル部分が、一つのアンビル部分からなる請求項1記載の回転可能なアンビル。
- 前記少なくとも一つのアンビル部分が、軸方向に間隔を開けて配置された複数のアンビル部分からなる請求項1記載の回転可能なアンビル。
- ロータリー切削ドラム及び下方に配置された回転可能なアンビルを備えたロータリー切削ユニットであって、
前記切削ドラムは、軸方向に間隔を開けた複数の突き合わせ部材の間に配置された少なくとも一つの切刃部材を備え、
前記回転可能なアンビルは、
軸と、少なくとも一つの切刃部材に対向して配置された少なくとも一つのアンビル部分と、前記突き合わせ部材のそれぞれに突き合わさる一対の荷重伝動部分と、前記少なくとも一つのアンビル部分と荷重伝動部分のそれぞれとの間に配置された荷重支持部材であって、個々の前記荷重支持部材が軸受によって軸に対して連結されている荷重支持部材と、
前記荷重支持部材に対して調節可能な上向きの力が作用するように配置された荷重作用機構と、
を備えるロータリー切削ユニット。 - 前記少なくとも一つの切刃部材が中心に配置された切刃部材からなり、前記少なくとも一つのアンビル部分が一つのアンビル部分からなる請求項4に記載のロータリー切削ユニット。
- 前記少なくとも一つの切刃部材が、軸方向に間隔を開けた複数の切刃部材を備え、
前記少なくとも一つのアンビル部分が、軸方向に間隔を開けた複数のアンビル部分を備える請求項4に記載のロータリー切削ユニット。 - 前記少なくとも一つの切刃部材が、軸方向に間隔を開けた複数の切刃部材を備え、
前記少なくとも一つのアンビル部分が、一つのアンビル部分を備える請求項4に記載のロータリー切削ユニット。 - 前記荷重作用機構が、個々の荷重支持部材に係合する流体作動シリンダを備える請求項4に記載のロータリー切削ユニット。
- ロータリー切削ドラム及びその下に配置された回転可能なアンビルを含み、
前記切削ドラムは切刃構造を保持し、
切削される要素が切刃構造と前記アンビルのアンビル部分の間を通り、
前記切削ドラムは、前記アンビルの軸方向に間隔を開けた個々の荷重伝動部材に係合する軸方向に間隔を開けた突き合わせ部材を含み、
前記アンビルは、該アンビル部分と個々の荷重伝動部材との間で軸方向に配置され、軸方向に間隔を開けた荷重支持部材を含み、
切削中に、前記荷重支持部材のそれぞれに対して上向きの力を作用させるステップを有し、
上向きの力の合計がアンビルの重さを超えるロータリー切削ユニットを使用する切削方法。
