技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于旋转切割单元的可旋转的砧,所述可旋转的砧包括轴,适于与旋转刀具的刀元件配合的至少一个砧部分,和适于邻接在所述旋转刀具的一对邻接元件上的一对载荷传递部分,所述的一对载荷传递部分设置在所述砧部分的每一侧上。

背景技术

此外,邻接元件的直径基本上与所述刀元件的径向外围部件的直径相同。邻接元件适于平靠并传递载荷,从而将预定压力施加到砧的载荷接收部分上,以实现所希望的切割特性。任选地,所述邻接元件还可将旋转切割辊的旋转传递到所述砧的表面,从而所述邻接元件的旋转方向与所述旋转刀具的旋转方向相反。

另一现有技术的旋转切割单元具有与旋转切割辊配合的砧,所述旋转切割辊并排设置有两个或多个刀元件。该旋转刀具不仅具有上述所述的缺点,而且由于其具有长的轴向延伸,所以使砧辊和旋转切割辊同样由于重力而弯曲,砧越长越重,则砧由于重力而越反向弯曲,所述现象将加入到所描述的效果中。
因此,在长的旋转刀具具上,与该砧配合的所使用的两个或三个平行的刀元件或一个大的刀元件将只在砧的边缘部分上具有可接受的切割特性,而靠近中间部分的刀元件不能够切割通过连接板进行切割的产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提高砧的可靠性和寿命。该目的可分别通过可旋转砧和旋转切割单元而实现,如最开始所说明的,其中载荷接收元件设置在所述一对载荷传递部分和所述砧部分之间,每个所述载荷接收元件通过轴承连接到轴上。
从而,当增加载荷时,旋转刀具和砧的所不希望的变形得到了补偿。
优选地,设置一个砧部分。从而实现通过选择内砧套元件的比率、砧的长度、旋转模设计和切割应用来确定砧正弯曲的大小。
可选择地,提供多个砧部分。从而实现根据多个刀元件的位置可将多个砧部分定位。

图1示出了根据本发明的旋转切割单元2的第一实施例。旋转刀具4设置有基本上圆柱状的中空体或实体6,所述中空体或实体6具有圆柱形表面8和至少一个从该表面8上凸出的刀元件10。所述刀元件10的径向外围部件12的直径比所述表面8的直径大。旋转刀具4设置在心轴14上或者是心轴14的整体组成部分,所述心轴14轴向地从旋转刀具4的每一侧处伸出并由轴承15支承。一对环形邻接元件16轴向地设置在所述表面8的每一侧上。邻接元件16的直径比所述表面8的直径大,目的是允许将邻接元件靠在砧18上。

此外,邻接元件16的直径基本上与所述刀元件10的径向外围部件12的直径相同。
轴19轴向地设置在砧部分20的每一侧上且可旋转地设置在轴承23内,每个轴承23均由非旋转的载荷接收元件24包围。载荷接收元件24轴向地设置在载荷传递部分22的里面,即每个载荷接收元件24轴向地位于砧部分20和每个载荷传递部分22之间。

为了更好的了解本发明,在图2中的砧18具有比图1中示出的砧更大的轴向长度。向上载荷28通过载荷传递部分22传递到邻接元件16上,总的向上载荷将比砧的重量大,且足以引起砧18朝旋转刀具4弯曲,因此切割特性,特别是刀元件10轴向中间部分的切割特性得到了改善(例如,见图2)。当然,所述载荷在表面8上产生相反方向的力,所述力传递到轴承15从而产生力26。所述载荷使砧将如虚线30所示(夸张地)稍稍朝上弯曲。
由一对气压缸25所施加的载荷通过完成切割加工和检查切割结果进行调节。若切割结果不是所希望的,则增加或减小压力,直到在整个旋转刀具4和砧18长度上实现均匀切割。
事实上,在砧18是直的,即当虚线30为直的时,可实现最佳切割,因为邻接元件16和刀元件10在表面8之外凸出基本上相同的程度,且将沿着整个砧部分20上具有恒定的切割特性。
图3示出了旋转切割单元的第二实施例。砧和旋转刀具辊是长的,且更加受到重力影响,因此它们朝地面弯曲。但是,当载荷传递部分22在邻接元件16上施加压力时,砧18将朝旋转刀具6弯曲。因此,当调整所述压力使虚线30(见图2)变直时,在刀元件10的整个长度上,切割特性将基本相同。

可选择地,在长的旋转切割辊上的刀元件可基本上从切割辊的一侧延伸到另一侧,保持其切割特性。

当然,可使用仅一个或多于两个的气压缸25。可选择地或附加地,例如可采用液压缸或通过轴和楔(spindles and wedges)的机械加载。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于旋转切割单元的可旋转砧,包括:
轴;
至少一个砧部分,适于与旋转刀具的刀元件配合;
一对载荷传递部分,适于与所述旋转刀具的一对邻接元件邻接,且其设置成邻近所述至少一个砧部分的相应轴向端部;和
载荷接收元件,其轴向地设置在所述至少一个砧部分和相应的载荷传递部分之间,每个载荷接收元件由轴承连接到所述轴,其中所述轴相对于所述载荷接收元件是可旋转的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可旋转砧,其中所述至少一个砧部分包括一个砧部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可旋转砧,其中所述至少一个砧部分包括多个轴向间隔开的砧部分。
4.一种旋转切割单元,包括旋转切割辊和可旋转砧,所述可旋转砧设置在旋转切割辊的下面;
