技术领域
本发明总体上涉及一种用于旋转切割装置的旋转砧,并且尤其涉及这样一种用于旋转切割装置的旋转砧,该旋转切割装置包括:轴;至少一个用于与旋转刀具的刀元件配合的砧部;适于邻接旋转刀具的一对邻接元件的一对载荷传递部,所述对的载荷传递部布置在砧部的每一侧上。本发明还涉及包括旋转刀具和旋转砧的旋转切割装置。
背景技术
已知的旋转切割装置公开在美国专利No.6,244,148中并且包括与旋转砧呈工作关系的旋转刀具。旋转刀具设置有基本上为圆柱形的主体,主体具有表面和至少一个从该表面伸出的刀元件,刀元件的径向外围部具有的直径大于表面的直径。旋转刀具的每一侧设置有支撑在轴承中的轴。在轴和表面之间即表面的每一侧上配设了一对环形邻接元件。邻接元件具有的直径大于表面的直径,从而允许邻接在砧的一对承载部上。
砧设置有砧部和成对的承载部。砧部用于与旋转刀具的刀元件配合,而承载部用于邻接旋转刀具的邻接元件。砧支撑在砧部外部和承载部外部的轴承中,这视砧的轴向长度而定。
另外,邻接元件具有的直径基本上与刀元件的径向外围部的直径相同。邻接元件用于邻接并且传递载荷这样预定的压力就会施加在砧的承载部上以实现期望的切割特性。可选地,邻接元件也可以向砧表面传递旋转刀具辊的旋转,这样它就沿与旋转刀具相反的方向旋转。于是产品就由中心布置的刀元件从辊之间导入的薄板条(web)上切割下来。
然而所述的旋转刀具具有刀元件在旋转切割辊的轴向中心中的部分不能如刀元件的更接近其轴向圆周的部分那样精确地切割的缺点。这是因为旋转切割辊经由邻接元件而在砧表面上施加一个压力,这会导致砧弯曲。这显示在图5中,该图显示了对应于美国专利No.6,244,148中公开的砧的现有技术中的砧A的原理。一对承载部B布置在砧部C的轴向延伸的任一侧上,而一对用于与轴承配合的环形支撑表面D布置在该对承载部B的任一侧上。当载荷E施加到承载部上时,由于在表面D即在轴承上相反定向的力G,砧A的中央部将由虚线F所示(经过放大)略微向下弯曲。这种弯曲可以表示负弯曲。
另一种现有技术的旋转切割装置具有与旋转切割辊配合的砧,旋转切割辊具有两个或更多并排布置的刀元件。这种旋转刀具不仅具有如上所述的缺陷,而且它具有长的轴向延伸,这导致砧辊和旋转切割辊还会由于重力而弯曲,即砧越长越重,它就会由于将加重所述影响的重力而更加负弯曲。
在长的旋转刀具上使用两个或三个平行的刀元件或一个大的刀元件来与这种砧配合因此将仅在砧的外围部上具有可接受的切割性能,而在更接近中央部的刀元件不能切割穿过将被切割的薄板条。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提高砧的可靠性和使用寿命。
在一个实施例中,本发明提供了一种用于旋转切割装置的旋转砧,包括:轴;至少一个用于与旋转刀具的刀元件配合的砧部;适于邻接旋转刀具的一对邻接元件的一对载荷传递部,所述对的载荷传递部布置在砧部的每一侧上;以及配设在砧部和载荷传递部的至少一个下面的变位(deflection)装置。
在另一个实施例中,本发明提供了一种包括旋转切割辊和旋转砧的旋转切割装置。旋转砧包括:轴;至少一个适于与旋转切割辊的刀元件配合的砧部;和适于邻接旋转切割辊的一对邻接元件的一对载荷传递部,所述对的载荷传递部布置在砧部的每一侧上;以及配设在砧部和载荷传递部的至少一个下面的变位装置。
砧可以包括芯部和罩套。变位装置可以包括至少一个位于罩套的内表面中的环形槽。变位装置可以包括至少一个位于芯部的外表面中的环形槽。砧可以包括具有轴向端面的芯部,并且变位装置可以包括至少一个位于端面中的轴向槽。砧部可以包括一个砧部。砧部可以包括多个砧部。旋转刀具可以包括至少一个中心布置的刀元件和一个砧部。旋转刀具可以包括多个轴向布置的刀元件和多个适于与轴向布置的刀元件中的至少一个配合的砧部。旋转刀具可以包括多个轴向布置的刀元件和一个砧部。
因此,在增加载荷时可以补偿旋转刀具和砧的不期望的变形,这样就可以提高砧部的总体寿命。另外,可以提高砧部和切割部的可能干涉的范围。特别是,当砧磨损时,可以通过向承载部施加更大的载荷来进行补偿。因此,可以通过选择环形槽或多个环形槽的尺寸、深度、形式和数目实现对砧的弯曲值的界定。

具体实施方式
图1显示了依照本发明的实施例的旋转切割装置2的第一实施例。旋转刀具4设置有基本上圆柱形的中空或实心主体6,主体6具有表面8和至少一个从表面8伸出的刀元件10。刀元件10的径向外围部12具有比表面8更大的直径。旋转刀具4布置在心轴14上或是心轴14的整体部分,其中心轴14从旋转刀具4的每一侧轴向延伸并且支撑在轴承15中。在表面8的每侧上轴向配设了一对环形邻接元件16。邻接元件16具有的直径大于表面8的直径,从而允许邻接在砧辊18上。
砧辊18设置有轴19、砧部分20和一对载荷传递部22。砧部20用于与旋转刀具4的刀元件10配合,而载荷传递部22适于邻接旋转刀具4的邻接表面16。
另外,邻接元件16具有的直径基本上与刀元件10的径向外围部12的直径相同.在某些情形下,外围部12的直径可以大于或小于邻接元件16的直径.
在砧部20的每一侧的轴向上,轴19可旋转地布置在轴承23上,每个轴承均由承载元件24罩盖。每个承载元件24布置在每个载荷传递部22的轴向外部。
载荷由一对气压缸25向承载元件24施加。载荷还经由载荷传递部22向邻接元件16传递,并且可选地经由刀元件10向砧部20传递。
砧辊18包括基本上为圆柱形的芯部26和基本上为圆柱形的罩套28,罩套28例如通过压配合布置在芯部上。芯部26优选由钢制成,而罩套28可以由任意适当材料例如钢或硬金属制成。
在载荷传递部22下面,在罩套28的内圆周中配设了轴向环形槽50。环形槽50延伸从而它至少部分地受到刀元件10的压力。
依照第二实施例,如图2A中所示,图中显示了适于与两个轴向分开的砧部20配合的两个分开的刀元件10。环形槽50在载荷传递部22的下面并且部分地在砧部20的下面延伸。如图2B所示,依照第三实施例,槽并不在载荷传递部22下面延伸,而是仅仅部分地在砧部20下面延伸。依照第四实施例,如图2C中所示,环形槽50在载荷传递部22的下面并且在不被刀元件10直接挤压的砧部20的下面延伸。在图2D显示了第五实施例,依照该实施例,轴向环形槽50配设在刀元件10的中央部的下面。然而,轴向环形槽的延伸可以进一步在例如刀元件10的宽度的大部分或全部上轴向延伸。另外,可以配设一个以上的这种槽。在这该情形下可以预期,有利地配设多个轴向分开的槽。在图3中显示了第六实施例,依照该实施例,环形槽50形成在芯部26中而非罩套28中。图4中显示了第七实施。砧辊18仅仅由具有轴向端面32的所述芯部26构成。在这种情形下,图1、2和4中所示的槽50通过在芯部26的轴向表面32中加工轴向槽来实现。应当指出,图1-4中所示砧的实施例可以根据所希望的变位程度以任意适当的方式组合。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于旋转切割装置的旋转砧,包括:轴(19);至少一个适于与旋转刀具(6)的刀元件(10)配合的砧部(20);适于邻接所述旋转刀具(6)的一对邻接元件(16)的一对载荷传递部(22),所述对的载荷传递部(22)布置在所述砧部(20)的每一侧上,其特征在于,所述在砧部(20)和/或所述载荷传递部(22)下面配设变位装置,其中所述砧包括芯部(26)和罩套(28),所述变位装置包括至少一个位于罩套(28)的内表面中的环形槽(50)。

8.如权利要求6或7所述的旋转切割装置,其中所述旋转刀具(6)具有多个轴向布置的刀元件(10),并且其中,所述砧具有多个适于与所述多个轴向布置的刀元件(10)中的至少一个配合的砧部(20)。
