Abstract
【解決手段】 滑らかな表面の駆動カム5のカム面5aとの間に潤滑油が供給された状態で摺動するバルブリフタ7の冠面14aを、ダイヤモンドライクカーボン処理を施して高硬度な表面処理層17を形成すると共に、該高硬度の表面処理層17にブラシラップ処理を行って、該表面処理層の表面に、表面処理層全体の面積に対して凹率が約5〜30%でかつ最大長さが0.1〜5μmの微小凹部18を形成した。

Claims (3)
- 摺動する相手部材との間に潤滑油が供給された状態で摺動する摺動面に、ダイヤモンドライクカーボン処理を施すと共に、複数の微小凹部を形成したことを特徴とする摺動部材。
- 滑らかな表面の相手部材との間に潤滑油が供給された状態で摺動する摺動面に、ダイヤモンドライクカーボン処理を施すと共に、複数の微小凹部を形成したことを特徴とする摺動部材。
- 摺動部材の摺動面にダイヤモンドライクカーボン処理を施す工程と、
前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン処理された摺動面から所定量のマイクロパーティクルを取り除いて該摺動面に微小凹部を形成する工程と、
を有する摺動部材の表面処理方法。
