Claims (10)

初期金属材料の融解も圧密化金属物品(20)の融解も起こさずに、初期金属材料を圧密化して圧密化金属物品(20)を生じさせる段階
を含んでなる方法。 - 混合物を用意する段階が、
非金属前駆体化合物の圧縮塊を用意する段階
を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 混合物を用意する段階が、
所望の最終金属物品(20)よりも寸法の大きい非金属前駆体化合物の圧縮塊を用意する段階
を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 混合物を用意する段階が、
金属酸化物前駆体化合物を含む混合物を用意する段階
を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 混合物を用意する段階が、
チタンを他の金属元素よりも多量に含む混合物を用意する段階
を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 金属成分元素からなる金属物品(20)の製造方法であって、
金属成分元素の酸化物の混合物の圧縮塊を用意する段階、
初期金属材料を融解させずに、溶融塩電気分解で酸化物を化学的に還元して初期金属材料のスポンジ(60)を生成させる段階、及び
初期金属材料の融解も圧密化金属物品(20)の融解も起こさずに初期金属材料のスポンジ(60)を圧密化して圧密化金属物品(20)を生成させる段階
を含んでなる方法。 - 混合物を用意する段階が、
所望の最終金属物品(20)よりも寸法の大きい非金属前駆体化合物の圧縮塊を用意する段階
を含む、請求項6記載の方法。 - 混合物を用意する段階が、
チタンを他の金属元素よりも多量に含む混合物を用意する段階
を含む、請求項6記載の方法。 - 圧密化する段階が、
熱間静水圧プレス、鍛造、加圧成形と焼結、及び容器押出からなる群から選択される技術を用いて初期金属材料を圧密化する段階
を含む、請求項6記載の方法。 - 圧密化段階後に、
