Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 電子機能が織り込まれた多層織物であって、
少なくとも1つのキャビティをその間に画成する複数の層を有する多層織りにて織り合わされた縦糸及び横糸と;
縦糸及び/又は横糸に配置された少なくとも1つの導電糸であり、その一部を、少なくとも1つのキャビティを画成する複数の層の1つに有する導電糸と;
キャビティ内に配置され、且つ、前記少なくとも1つの導電糸と電気接続している少なくとも1つの露出された電気接触部を有する回路キャリアであり、或る機能を果たすための少なくとも1つの電子装置を含む回路キャリアと
を含む多層織物。 - 縦糸及び横糸を有し、且つ電気回路を画成する多層織物であって、
縦糸における、複数の層を画成する複数の電気絶縁糸及び非絶縁導電糸と;
縦糸における複数層の前記複数の電気絶縁糸及び非絶縁導電糸と多層織りにて織り合わされた、横糸における複数の電気絶縁糸及び非絶縁導電糸と
を含み;
縦糸における非絶縁導電糸が、横糸における非絶縁導電糸と交差し、それにより、これらの糸の交差位置にて電気接続を形成し、
縦糸及び/又は横糸における少なくとも1つの非絶縁導電糸が、複数層の少なくとも第1の層及び第2の層に、縦糸及び/又は横糸の他方における少なくとも1つの非絶縁導電糸と電気的接触を形成せずに交差するように織り込まれ、
これにより多層織物がもたらされ、当該織物において、横方向に配置された導体が、電気回路を画成するために所定の交差部では接続し、その他の交差部では接続しないように織られた多層織物。 - 縦糸及び横糸の一方に配置された少なくとも1つの機能糸をさらに含み、前記機能糸が、
少なくとも1つの導電体がその上に配置された細長い基板と、
前記細長い基板上の少なくとも1つの電子装置と
を含み、前記細長い基板上の少なくとも1つの導電体が、前記機能糸の前記電子装置と少なくとも1つの導電糸とを電気的に接続する請求項1又は2に記載の多層織物。 - 前記少なくとも1つの導電糸と前記回路キャリアの前記少なくとも1つの電気接触部とが、織物において前記少なくとも1つの導電糸が前記回路キャリアの接触部と交差する位置にて、この位置での機械的取り付けなしで電気的に接触する請求項1に記載の多層織物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導電糸が、前記回路キャリアの前記電子装置にキャリアの少なくとも1つの露出された電気接触部を介して電力をもたらすための導電糸を含み、且つ/又は、
前記少なくとも1つの導電糸が、前記回路キャリアの前記電子装置にキャリアの少なくとも1つの露出された電気接触部を介して電力をもたらすための導電糸を含み、さらに、前記少なくとも1つの電子装置を、前記回路キャリアの少なくとも1つの露出された電気接触部を介して制御し且つ/又は作動させるための信号及び/又はデータの導体を含み、且つ/又は、
前記回路キャリアの少なくとも1つの露出された電気接触部が、細長く、且つ、縦糸における導電糸と位置合わせされ、前記回路キャリアの第2の露出された電気接触部が、細長く、且つ、横糸における導電糸と位置合わせされている請求項1に記載の多層織物。 - 縦糸における少なくとも1つの導電糸が、横糸における少なくとも1つの導電糸と、これらの糸の交差位置にて、この位置における機械的取付けを有さずに電気的に接触している請求項1又は2に記載の多層織物。
- さらに、複数層の第1層と第2層の間の第3の中間層にて織られた電気絶縁糸を、複数層の第1層と第2層における導電糸の間に絶縁層を介在させるために含む請求項1又は2に記載の多層織物。
- 回路キャリアであって、
対向する2つの幅広の外面を画成する2つの実質的に平行な平坦な部分と、内部キャビティとを有する電気回路基板であり、前記外面の第1の上に第1の方向に配置された少なくとも第1の細長い電気接触部を有し、且つ、前記外面の第2の上に第2の方向に配置された少なくとも第2の細長い電気接触部を有し、第2の方向が第1の方向を横切る方向にある電気回路板と;
前記電気回路基板の2つの実質的に平行な平坦な部分の間の内部キャビティに配置された少なくとも1つの電子装置であり、前記第1の細長い接触部及び第2の細長い接触部に電気的に連結されている少なくとも1つの電子装置と;
内部キャビティを実質的に充填し、且つ前記少なくとも1つの電子装置を封入する封入材と
を含む回路キャリア。 - 前記電気回路基板が、実質的に平行な2つの平坦な部分を画成するように折り曲げられる単一の電気回路基板であり、
外面の第1の上に配置された少なくとも第1の細長い電気接触部、及び、外面の第2の上に配置された少なくとも第2の細長い電気接触部が、前記単一の電気回路基板の第1の面の上に配置され、且つ、
前記少なくとも1つの電子装置が、前記単一の電子回路基板の第2の面の上に取り付けられている請求項8に記載の回路キャリア。 - 縦糸及び横糸を有する多層織物及び/又は織布を織るための方法であって、
複数の層を画成する複数の電気絶縁糸及び/又は導電糸を縦糸に設けることを含み;
横糸における複数の電気絶縁糸及び/又は導電糸を、多層織りにて、縦糸における複数層の前記複数の電気絶縁糸及び/又は導電糸と織り合わせ、それにより、少なくとも1つのキャビティを、多層織りの2つの層の間に画成することを含み、
縦糸及び/又は横糸における少なくとも1つの導電糸が、少なくとも1つのキャビティを画成する層にて織られ、
回路キャリアを少なくとも1つのキャビティ内に配置することを含み、
回路キャリアが、露出された電気接触部を含み、この接触部が、回路キャリアにおける電子装置と、層に織られて少なくとも1つのキャビティを画成している縦糸及び/又は横糸における少なくとも1つの導電糸との間に電気接続をもたらす方法。 - 縦糸及び横糸を有する多層の織物及び/又は織布の電気回路品を織るための方法であって、
複数の層を画成する複数の導電糸及び非絶縁導電糸を縦糸に設けることを含み;
横糸における複数の導電糸及び非絶縁導電糸を、多層織りにて、縦糸における複数層の前記複数の導電糸及び非絶縁導電糸と織り合わせることであり、
縦糸における非絶縁導電糸が、横糸における非絶縁導電糸と交差し、それにより、これらの糸の交差位置に電気接続を形成することを含み;
縦糸及び/又は横糸における少なくとも1つの非絶縁導電糸を、複数層の少なくとも第1の層及び第2の層に、縦糸及び/又は横糸の他方における少なくとも1つの非絶縁導電糸と電気的接触を形成せずに交差させるように織り込むことを含み、
これにより多層電気回路織物が提供され、この多層電気回路織物において、横方向に配置された導体が、所定の交差位置では接続するがその他の交差位置では接続しないように織られている方法。 - 複数の電気絶縁糸及び/又は導電糸を前記のように織ることが、織密度及び/又は糸密度を制御することを含み、この制御により、縦糸における少なくとも1つの導電糸と、横糸における少なくとも1つの導電糸との電気的接触を、これらの糸の交差位置にて、この位置における導電糸の機械的取付けなしで維持する請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 縦糸及び横糸の一方における少なくとも1つの機能糸を、縦糸及び横糸の一方の導電糸に隣接して織ることをさらに含み、機能糸が細長い基板を含み、基板が、その上に配置された少なくとも1つの導電体と、細長い基板上の少なくとも1つの電子装置とを含み、電子装置は、少なくとも1つの導電体と導電体上で電気的に接続されており、
