Abstract
Description
軽質芳香族化合物と言う言葉は、1個またはそれ以上の環を有し、炭素原子数が6〜約20であり、工業的な反応器型蒸溜塔に典型的な圧力条件下において約250℃以下で沸騰する有機芳香族化合物を意味する。このグループの好適なメンバーとしてはベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン、スチレン、フェノールおよびクメンがあり、ベンゼンが特に好適である。
Claims (7)
- 内部に固体のアルキル化酸性触媒を担持した中間の反応触媒区域、蒸溜塔の頂部にある第1の精溜区域、および該反応触媒区域の下方に再沸器を含む第2の精溜区域を含む加圧蒸溜塔の中で行われる反応蒸溜アルキル化法の固体のアルキル化酸性触媒を再生する方法であって、オレフィン含有供給原料の少なくとも一部を反応触媒区域の内部で芳香族炭化水素供給原料の少なくとも一部と向流をなして接触させ、この際反応触媒区域の内部圧力を1気圧より高い圧力に保ち、温度を該芳香族炭化水素供給原料が還流する状態に保つ方法において、
A.オレフィン含有供給原料の蒸溜塔への導入を周期的に停止し、この間芳香族炭化水素供給原料を流し続け、パラフィン供給原料が還流している未反応の芳香族炭化水素と向流をなして混合してそれが触媒を通って流れる際触媒から副成物が除去されるような点において有効量のパラフィン供給原料を蒸溜塔の中に導入し;
B.該芳香族炭化水素の還流速度を、約125〜約370psigの範囲内の操作圧力において触媒反応区域の中の所望の温度が約175℃以上になるように調節し;
C.該第2の精溜区域において該パラフィンおよび芳香族炭化水素から該副生物を分離し;、
D.該副生物を該精溜区域から除去する工程を含んで成ることを特徴とする方法。 - 該第2の精溜区域は再沸器を含み、該再沸器から該副生物を除去することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- パラフィン供給原料の導入は、触媒区域における芳香族炭化水素のモル%が約40〜約90モル%に保たれるように行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 再生は約8〜約36時間の周期で行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 該パラフィン供給原料はC4〜C16−パラフィンを含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 該パラフィン供給原料はC4〜C16−パラフィンを含んでなることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 該パラフィン供給原料はC8〜C16−パラフィンを含んでなることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
