Claims (2)
- (i)それぞれが熱移動媒体と接触するように配設された外面を有する複数の有壁導管と、
(ii)運転中、各導管内に配設された不均質触媒物質により形成されたチャネルを通して、下流側のマニフォールドと流体連通するようになされている入口分配マニフォールドと、
(iii)該有壁導管を含む少なくとも2個のゾーンを有するゾーン列と、ここで
(a)各ゾーン内で有壁導管は、ゾーンの縦座標に沿って測定した同一又は異なる長さを有し、
(b)各ゾーン内で有壁導管は、縦座標に直交する平面内で測定した本質的に均一な断面を有し、こうしてゾーンの容積を規定し、
(c)ゾーン列内にて、各下流側のゾーンの導管の総断面積は先行する上流側のゾーンから変動しており、
(iv)下流側の1個のゾーンの複数の有壁導管及び先行する上流側の1個のゾーンの複数の有壁導管と流体連通している少なくとも1のクロスオーバーチャンバと、
(v)運転中、各ゾーンの複数の有壁導管の外面を主として熱移動媒体と接触状態に維持するようになされたシェルと、を含み、
(vi)該シェルは、熱移動媒体のフロー出口と流体連通している入口を有する、
フローリアクター。 - それぞれが熱移動媒体と接触するように配設された外面を有する複数の有壁導管と、該導管の縦座標に沿った同一又は異なる長さを有し及び各ゾーン内で縦座標に垂直な平面内で測定された導管の本質的に均一な断面を有し、こうしてゾーンの容積を画定し、及び各下流側のゾーンは隣接する上流側のゾーンとは異なる断面を有するような少なくとも2個のゾーンを含むゾーン列中で、運転中、各導管内に配設された不均質触媒物質により形成されたチャネルを通して下流側のマニフォールドと流体連通するようになされている入口分配マニフォールドと、を含む少なくとも1のフローリアクター内で、選択的不均質触媒を用いる、付加価値製品への有機化合物の発熱化学変換を含むプロセス。
