Claims (8)
1. Каталитический реактор, включающий множество металлических листов, расположенных в стопке и связанных между собой, причем листы сформированы таким образом, чтобы определить каналы первого потока между смежными листами и каналы второго потока между смежными листами, чередуя каналы первого потока с каналами второго потока в стопке, и так, чтобы обеспечить хороший термический контакт между текучими средами в каналах первого и второго потоков, коллекторы для подачи текучей среды в каналы потоков, причем коллекторы являются такими, что различные текучие среды могут быть поданы в каналы первого и второго потоков, причем внутри каналов первого потока находятся проницаемые металлические теплопередающие слои, причем металлические теплопередающие слои являются удаляемыми и включающими каталитическое покрытие, содержащее катализатор горения, чтобы осуществить горение газовой смеси, текущей в каналах первого потока, отличающийся тем, что катализатор горения в по меньшей мере первой части канала покрыт инертным пористым керамическим слоем для уменьшения скорости реакции.
2. Каталитический реактор по п.1, в котором каналы первого и второго газовых потоков являются менее 8 мм глубиной в направлении, перпендикулярном смежным металлическим листам.
3. Каталитический реактор по п.1, в котором удаляемые металлические теплопроводящие слои находятся в каналах как первого, так и второго потоков, причем каждый такой металлический теплопроводящий слой содержит волнистую металлическую фольгу.
4. Каталитический реактор по п.3, в котором в по меньшей мере одном из каналов шаг волнистой фольги меняется по длине канала.
5. Каталитический реактор по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором направление потока каналов первого потока является поперечным направлению потока каналов второго потока.
6. Каталитический реактор по любому из пп. 1-4 для осуществления конверсии метана с водяным паром, в котором удаляемые металлические теплопередающие слои расположены в каналах как первого, так и второго потоков и удаляемые теплопередающие слои в каналах второго потока включают катализатор конверсии метана с водяным паром.
7. Каталитический реактор по п.5 для осуществления конверсии метана с водяным паром, в котором удаляемые металлические теплопередающие слои расположены в каналах как первого, так и второго потоков и удаляемые теплопередающие слои в каналах второго потока включают катализатор конверсии метана с водяным паром.
8. Способ осуществления конверсии метана с водяным паром, в котором используют каталитический реактор по любому из пп. 1-7.
