Claims (11)
1. Компактный каталитический реактор, содержащий множество металлических листов (72, 74, 75), расположенных в виде пакета и соединенных вместе, причем пакет образует множество первых проточных каналов (76) для первой текучей среды, чередующихся в пакете с множеством вторых проточных каналов (77) для второй текучей среды, для обеспечения хорошего теплового контакта между первой и второй текучими средами, при этом каждый проточный канал (76, 77) образован между соответствующей парой соседних листов, причем каждый проточный канал, в котором проходит химическая реакция, проходит прямо через пакет и содержит выполненную с возможностью ее удаления газопроницаемую структуру (80) катализатора, имеющую металлическую подложку, и вход (85) и выход (85) для первой текучей среды, при этом первые проточные каналы (76) ориентированы в направлении, которое перпендикулярно направлению вторых проточных каналов (77), отличающийся тем, что между последовательно расположенными вторыми проточными каналами (77) в пакете в реакторе выполнено по меньшей мере три первых проточных канала, каждый из которых образован множеством расположенных рядом друг с другом первых проточных каналов (76), и реактор содержит средство (82) ответвления потока для прохождения первой текучей среды последовательно по меньшей мере по трем первым проточным каналам во время прохождения от входа к выходу, причем средство ответвления потока содержит соединительные средства (82) в пакете, которые обеспечивают возможность прохождения текучей среды между концевыми частями последовательно расположенных путей потока в направлении, по существу, параллельном ориентации первых проточных каналов (76).
2. Реактор по п.1, в котором средство ответвления потока также содержит коллекторы (88), прикрепленные к противоположным поверхностям пакета.
3. Реактор по п.1, в котором химическая реакция проходит в каждом первом проточном канале (76), причем реактор также содержит сплошные элементы, прикрепленные к противоположным поверхностям пакета, причем сплошные элементы выполнены с возможностью их удаления для создания доступа к первым проточным каналам (76).
4. Реактор по любому одному из предыдущих пунктов, в котором соединительные средства образованы отверстиями или проемами (82)
5. Реактор по любому одному из пп.1-3, в котором соединительные средства образуют соединительные сегменты (97) потока.
6. Реактор по любому одному из пп.1-3, в котором прямые сквозные каналы образованы канавками, выполненными в толстой пластине посредством станочной обработки.
7. Реактор по любому одному из пп.1-3, в котором прямые сквозные каналы образованы зубцами, проходящими по тонкой пластине (74, 75).
8. Реактор по любому одному из пп.1-3, в котором каждая структура (80) катализатора имеет такую форму, которая разделяет проточный канал на множество параллельных проточных субканалов, при этом каталитический материал находится на поверхностях каждого субканала.
9. Компактный каталитический реактор для проведения реакции конверсии, содержащий множество металлических листов (72, 74, 75), расположенных в виде пакета и соединенных вместе, причем пакет образует множество первых проточных каналов (76) для первой текучей среды, чередующихся в пакете с множеством вторых проточных каналов (77) для второй текучей среды, для обеспечения хорошего теплового контакта между первой и второй текучими средами, при этом каждый проточный канал (76, 77) образован между соответствующей парой соседних листов, причем каждый проточный канал проходит прямо через пакет и содержит выполненную с возможностью ее удаления газопроницаемую структуру (80) катализатора, имеющую металлическую подложку, и вход (85) и выход (85) для первой текучей среды, при этом первые проточные каналы (76) ориентированы в направлении, которое перпендикулярно направлению вторых проточных каналов (77), отличающийся тем, что между последовательно расположенными вторыми проточными каналами (77) в пакете в реакторе выполнено по меньшей мере три первых пути потока, каждый из которых образован множеством расположенных рядом друг с другом первых проточных каналов (76), при этом реактор содержит средство (82) ответвления потока для прохождения первой текучей среды последовательно по меньшей мере по трем первым путям потока во время прохождения от входа к выходу, причем первые проточные каналы (76) содержат катализатор для эндотермической реакции конверсии, и вторые проточные каналы (77) содержат катализатор для экзотермической реакции сгорания.
10. Установка для переработки газового потока, содержащего метан, для получения углеводородов более длинной цепи, содержащая первый реактор для конверсии метана с водяным паром, и второй реактор для синтеза Фишера-Тропша, при этом каждый реактор выполнен согласно любому из предыдущих пп.1-8.
11. Установка для переработки газового потока, содержащего метан, для получения углеводородов более длинной цепи, содержащая первый реактор для конверсии метана с водяным паром, и второй реактор для синтеза Фишера-Тропша, причем первый реактор выполнен согласно п.9, и второй реактор выполнен по любому одному из пп.1-8.
