Abstract
本発明の構成では、弁球体(18)の、弁板ばね(16)に面した球体半部の1区分(31;48)が、弁板ばね(16)に対応する切欠き(37;46)内に突入している。これにより、圧力調整器の騒音特性および制御特性が改善される。
Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念部に記載の形式の、燃料圧を制御するための内燃機関の燃料供給装置に用いられる圧力調整器(「プレッシャレギュレータ」とも呼ばれる)、つまり閉鎖位置で弁板ばねの作用により弁座に押し付けられた弁球体を有する弁が設けられている形式の圧力調整器に関する。
請求項1の特徴部に記載の特徴によれば、本発明による圧力調整器の、改善された騒音特性および制御特性が得られる。
圧力調整器は、図1に全体を符号1で示されていて、閉鎖位置で図示されている。この圧力調整器1は、有利な1実施例では燃料ポンプ(縮尺の理由から図示しない)に固定されており、この燃料ポンプは自動車の燃料タンク内に配置されている。圧力調整器1は、自己着火式の内燃機関の燃料システム内の燃料圧を調整するために働く。圧力調整器1はL字形の横断面を有するハウジング2を備えており、この場合、上方へ向かって引き上げられたハウジングネックには、貫通孔4が形成されている。この貫通孔4はハウジング2の内室6を燃料タンクに接続している。ハウジング2の底部側では、圧力入口8を形成している接続部材10がハウジング2内へ突入している。この接続部材10は燃料システムの圧力管路(図示しない)に接続されていて、燃料分配器から逆流して来る燃料によって通流される。
Claims (9)
- 燃料圧を制御するための内燃機関の燃料供給装置に用いられる圧力調整器であって、閉鎖位置で弁板ばねの作用により弁座に押し付けられた弁球体を有する弁が設けられている形式のものにおいて、弁球体(18)の、弁板ばね(16)に面した球体半部の1区分(31;48)が、弁球体(18)または弁板ばね(16)に対応する切欠き(37;46)内に突入していることを特徴とする、内燃機関の燃料供給装置に用いられる圧力調整器。
- 弁球体(18)が弁板ばね(16)に接触しており、前記切欠き(37;46)の縁部と、弁板ばね(16)または弁球体(18)との間に小さな遊び(33;55)が設けられている、請求項1記載の圧力調整器。
- 弁球体(18)の、前記切欠き(37;46)に突入した区分(31;48)が、球セグメント(31;48)によって形成されている、請求項1または2記載の圧力調整器。
- 前記切欠きが、減衰リング(29;29a)のリング開口(37)によって形成されており、該減衰リング(29;29a)が、弁球体(18)と、弁板ばね(16)の、弁球体(18)に向けられた面(35)との間に配置されていて、弁球体(18)によって弁板ばね(16)に保持されている、請求項3記載の圧力調整器。
- 前記減衰リング(29)が、エラストマから成る、円形の横断面を有するリングによって形成されている、請求項4記載の圧力調整器。
- 前記減衰リング(29a)が、切削加工または射出成形により製造されたプラスチック成形体によって形成されている、請求項4記載の圧力調整器。
- 前記切欠き(46)が、弁板ばね(16)の、弁球体(18)に向けられた面(44)に形成されており、弁球体(18)が前記切欠き(46)の底部(52)に接触している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の圧力調整器。
- 前記切欠きが、弁板ばね(16)の長手方向延在長さに沿って延びる溝(46)によって形成されている、請求項7記載の圧力調整器。
- 前記溝(46)が、弁座(12)の中心軸線(28)を起点として両側へ向かって少しだけ小さな距離だけ延びている、請求項8記載の圧力調整器。
