Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- その上に患者が置かれる少なくとも1つの土台と、放射線装置、特に治療ビームを発生する線形加速器とからなる放射線療法システムにおいて、治療ビーム(12)の方向が少なくとも1つのヘキサポッド(3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10)によって調節可能であることを特徴とする放射線療法システム。
- 前記ヘキサポッド(3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10)が、線形加速器(1)とコリメータ(11)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の放射線療法システム。
- 前記ヘキサポッドのプラットホーム(3、10)が、前記治療ビーム(12)の通過を可能にする通路開口部(16、17)が備えられ、特に前記プラットホーム(3、10)が環状の配置で備えられるようにして構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の放射線療法システム。
- 前記ヘキサポッド(3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10)が、前記治療ビーム(12)が腫瘍の形状に従い誘導されうるようにして制御可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の放射線療法システム。
- 前記土台(15)上の前記患者(13)の位置が検出されうる少なくとも1個のセンサ(20、21)が、前記ヘキサポッド(3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10)及び/又は線形加速器(1)及び/又は前記線形加速器(1)のヘッド(2)上に備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の放射線療法システム。
- 2個のセンサ(20、21)が位置を検出するために備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の放射線療法システム。
- 前記センサ(20、21)によって前記患者(13)の実際の位置を所定の所望位置と比較し、かつ前記治療ビーム(12)が前記患者におけるアイソセンサ(14)に少なくともほぼ正確に当たるようにヘキサポッド(3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10)を制御する制御装置(30)が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の放射線療法システム。
- 前記土台(15)が、少なくとも1つのヘキサポッドによって調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の放射線療法システム。
