Abstract
【解決手段】 分割ヨーク3の軸受穴4の中に保持されている転動体39を軸部1aの内輪41に嵌め付けて、第1のスラスト受板36と第2のスラスト受板40とに挟まれている底板38を軸部1aと軸受穴4の底部との間に挟み込むと、外輪37の底側内周端が底板38の外周端によって軸受穴4の底部に挟み付けられて、外輪37が軸受穴4の中に固定される。即ち、アーム部3cへの外輪37の固定手段を十字軸1の軸部1aと軸受穴4の底部との間に設けて、中心線方向の長さが一定の十字軸1の軸部1aに固定手段のスペースを設ける必要がなくなるため、軸部1aの残余の長さがそのスペース分だけ長くなって、十字軸1の軸部1aと分割ヨーク3のアーム部3cとの間に介装する軸受35の幅が広くなることにより、軸受35に加わる負荷が相対的に小さくなって、軸受35の寿命が長くなる。

Claims (2)
- 分割ヨークのフランジ部に突設したアーム部の軸受穴を、外輪,転動体及び内輪を有する軸受を介して、十字軸の4つの軸部にそれぞれ嵌め付けた上、対となる前記分割ヨークのフランジ部を一体に結合して、前記十字軸の軸部に対となる前記分割ヨークを回転自在に取り付ける自在継手において、
外周端部が前記外輪の底側内周端部に係合する底板を具備しており、第1のスラスト受板と第2のスラスト受板とに挟まれた前記底板を、前記軸受穴に挿入した前記外輪の中に挿入して、前記外輪の底側内周端部に前記底板の外周端部を係合させた上、該底板を前記十字軸の軸部と前記軸受穴の底部との間に挟み付けて、前記外輪を前記分割ヨークのアーム部に固定することを特徴とする自在継手。 - 分割ヨークのフランジ部に突設したアーム部の軸受穴を、外輪,転動体及び内輪を有する軸受を介して、十字軸の4つの軸部にそれぞれ嵌め付けた上、対となる前記分割ヨークのフランジ部を一体に結合して、対となる前記分割ヨークを前記十字軸の軸部に回転自在に取り付ける自在継手において、
前記外輪の底部には底板が一体に設けられており、該底板が第1のスラスト受板と第2のスラスト受板とに挟まれた前記外輪を前記軸受穴に挿入させた上、前記底板を前記十字軸の軸部と前記軸受穴の底部との間に挟み付けて、前記外輪を前記分割ヨークのアーム部に固定することを特徴とする自在継手。
