Abstract

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも2つの部品(2、3)をともに締め付けるためのファスナシステムであって、少なくとも2つの部品のうちの一方は、複数のピン(5)を用いて他方の部品の表面を押圧する少なくとも1つのフランジを含み、該ピンは、2つのねじ切りされた端部を備えかつ非円形の外形を有する中間カラー(8)を呈し、前記中間カラーは、前記部品の一方(2)の押圧面(2a)に形成された溝(10)内に受け入れられ、かつ前記ピン(5)が回転するのを防止するように構成され、
各中間カラー(8)の外形が、隣接するピンの中間カラーに対する相互の当接部として役立つ2つの実質的に対向する平坦な面(16、17)を含むことを特徴とする、ファスナシステム。 - 2つの部品(2、3)が、軸線(X)について実質的に環状に対称であり、かつ押圧面は、前記軸線(X)に対して直角であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 中間カラーの平坦な面(16、17)が、前記軸線(X)を含む平面内に延びることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 平坦な面の間に形成される角度(A)が、2つの隣接するピン(5)間の角度オフセット(B)に実質的に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 部品のうちの一方が、タービンホイールであり、他方の部品が、フランジであることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 2つの隣接するピンの前記平坦な面(16、17)が、押圧平面内で相互に押圧し合うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
