Claims (3)
- 共通の軸線(X)に沿って整列された少なくとも2つの部品(2、3、4)をともに締め付けるためのファスナシステムであって、前記部品が、前記軸線(X)に対して直角に延びる押圧面を有するフランジを備え、前記フランジが、孔(9a、9b、9c)を備え、該孔(9a、9b、9c)が、前記軸線(X)を中心に均等に配分され、互いに対して位置合わせされて穿孔され、かつそれぞれピン(5)を受け入れ、各ピン(5)が、それぞれ締め付けナット(6、7)を受けるねじ切りされた端部(5a、5b)と、前記端部(5a、5b)間に中間カラー(8)とを有し、
1つのフランジ(2)が、前記軸線(X)に中心合わせされて前記中間カラー(8)を受け入れる環状の溝(10)を備え、前記環状の溝(10)が、2つの円筒状壁部(12a、12b)を備え、該2つの円筒状壁部が、前記軸線(X)と同軸であり、かつ所定の距離dだけ径方向に離間され、各前記中間カラーが、間に角度(A)を形成する2つの平坦な側面(16、17)を備え、前記角度(A)が、フランジの2つの隣接する孔間の角度オフセット(B)に実質的に等しく、
各中間カラーの外形により、各中間カラーが、いずれの位置でも前記環状の溝の径方向に離間された前記円筒状壁部を押圧しないが、前記ピンが回転することを防止するように、前記各中間カラーの2つの平坦な側面(16、17)の一部間の接触によって互いに対してブロックされる、ファスナシステム。 - 部品のうちの一方が、タービンホイールであり、他方の部品が、フランジであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 2つの隣接するピンの前記平坦な側面(16、17)が、押圧面で相互に押圧し合うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
