Claims (6)
- ターボ機械のロータまたはステータの部品を合わせて締め付けるためのフランジのような、2つの環状フランジを合わせて組み立てるための装置であって、前記フランジにおける開口部を貫通するボルト等の締め付け手段を備えており、第1のフランジが、フェストゥーン状または銃眼状の形状からなり、締め付け手段を通過させるための開口部を含む中実部分の間に形成された切り欠き部を有し、他の環状フランジが、フランジの取り付けの際、第1のフランジと協働して、両フランジ間の角度配置が適正であるかまたは適正でないかを作業員に知らせる、キー機能手段を備えており、該キー機能手段は、第1のフランジに向かって面する前記他のフランジの面に形成された少なくとも1つの突出要素であり、該少なくとも1つの突出要素が、互いに対する2つのフランジの角度配置が適正であるときに、第1のフランジの切り欠き部内に係合させるためのものである、装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突出要素が、2つのフランジの角度配置が適正でないときに、2つのフランジを互いに軸方向に離して間隔をあけさせる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの突出要素が、前記他の環状フランジに取り付けられたペグである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの突出要素が、前記他の環状フランジの材料から機械加工された、または切り抜かれたスタッドである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ロータディスクによって与えられる環状フランジ、ブレード基部をロータディスクの1つに保持するための環状体によって与えられる環状フランジ、およびターボ機械、特にターボジェットの低圧タービン段における駆動コーンによって与えられる環状フランジを、合わせて固定するために用いられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ブレード基部を軸方向に保持するための環状体の環状フランジが、駆動コーンのフェストゥーン状または銃眼状の環状フランジに対して軸方向にクランプされ、且つ相互に対して環状フランジの角度配置が適正であるときに、駆動コーンの環状フランジの切り欠き部の1つに係合するための少なくとも1つの突出要素を含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
