Abstract
【解決手段】ガラス組成物及びガラス−セラミック組成物の少なくとも一方を含んでなり、複数のシンチレータ結晶を含む組成物。該組成物は、粒度が1μm〜5μmのガラス粉20〜60%と、粒度が1μm〜20μmの複数のシンチレータ結晶40〜80%を混合・溶融し、繊維プリフォームを形成し、プリフォームからガラス繊維を引き抜き加工することにより製造される。

Claims (10)
- ガラス組成物及びガラス−セラミック組成物の少なくとも一方を含んでなり、複数のシンチレータ結晶を含有する組成物。
- 屈折率が1.80〜1.90である請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記シンチレータ結晶は、Tb−Lu−Al−O−Ce、LuSiO5:Ce、Gd2O2S:Pr、Ce、F、Gd3Ga5O12:Cr、Ce、LuAlO3:Ce、Y3Al5O12:Ce、Bi4Ge3O12、及び(Y1.67Gd0.33Eu0.1)O2の少なくとも一つの結晶を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 繊維を含んでなる請求項2に記載の組成物。
- ガラス及びガラス−セラミックの少なくとも一方を含んでなり、複数のシンチレータ結晶を含む複数の繊維(308)を含んでなるシンチレータ・アレイ(110)。
- 前記繊維は、TiO2を含む接着剤と結合されている、請求項5に記載のアレイ(110)。
- 粒度が1μm〜5μmのガラス粉を提供するステップ(202)と、
粒度が1μm〜20μmの複数のシンチレータ結晶を提供するステップ(204)と、
40%〜80%がシンチレータ結晶であり20%〜60%がガラス粉である結果的な混合物を得るように前記ガラス粉及び前記シンチレータを混合するステップ(206)と、
を備えた方法。 - 前記混合物を溶融させることにより前記混合物を用いて繊維プリフォーム(304)を形成するステップ(208)をさらに含んでいる請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維プリフォーム(304)をアニールするステップと、
前記アニールされたプリフォームからガラス繊維(308)を引抜き加工するステップ(210)と、
をさらに含んでいる請求項8に記載の方法。 - X線源(102)と、
該線源から放出されるX線を受光するように配置されている検出器(105)と、
を備えた計算機式断層写真法(CT)システム(100)であって、前記検出器(105)は、
フォトダイオード・アレイ(112)、及び
該フォトダイオード・アレイと前記線源との間に配置されており、ガラス及びガラス−セラミックの少なくとも一方を含んだ複数の繊維(308)を含んでなるシンチレータのアレイ(110)と、
を含んでいる、計算機式断層写真法(CT)システム(100)。
