Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は以上のような課題を解決するため、除湿ロータ1を吸着ゾーン2、往路パージゾーン6、復路パージゾーン5、第1脱着ゾーン3、第2脱着ゾーン4とに分割し、往路パージゾーン6空気は被処理ゾーン2空気と同方向に流し、復路パージゾーン5空気は被処理ゾーン2空気と反対方向に流し、復路パージゾーン5空気と第2脱着ゾーン4空気とを混合して加熱し第1脱着ゾーン3、第2脱着ゾーン4に流し、第1脱着ゾーン3空気を排気するようにした。これによって最も湿度の高い空気のみ外部へ放出するようにした。

Claims (5)
- 湿気吸着剤を有する除湿ロータを設け、前記除湿ロータの両端面それぞれに接する被処理空気流入側チャンバー及び被処理空気流出側チャンバーをそれぞれ設け、前記被処理空気流入側チャンバー及び被処理空気流出側チャンバーによって前記除湿ロータを吸着ゾーン、往路パージゾーン、復路パージゾーン、第1・第2脱着ゾーンとに分割し、往路パージ空気は被処理空気と同方向に流し、復路パージ空気は被処理空気と反対方向に流し、復路パージ空気と第2脱着空気とを混合して加熱し第1脱着ゾーンと第2脱着ゾーンに流し、第1脱着空気を排気するようにした除湿機。
- 被処理空気流入側のチャンバーは、少なくとも往路パージゾーンと復路パージゾーンとの間及び第1脱着ゾーンと吸着ゾーンとの間に除湿ロータとのシール手段を設けた請求項1記載の除湿機。
- 被処理空気流出側のチャンバーは、少なくとも吸着ゾーンと往路パージゾーンとの間及び第1脱着ゾーンと吸着ゾーンとの間、さらに復路ゾーンと第2脱着ゾーンとの間に除湿ロータとのシール手段を設けた請求項1記載の除湿機。
- 被処理空気流出側のチャンバーは、往路パージゾーンと復路パージゾーンとの間を連通する通路を有する請求項1記載の除湿機。
- 被処理空気流入側のチャンバーは、復路パージゾーンと第2脱着ゾーンとを連通する通路を有する請求項1記載の除湿機。
