Abstract
【解決手段】本発明にかかる封止方法では、まず、ガスの取出口(1)と充填口(2)を各別に容器(10)に設け、該取出口を予め開封自在に封止しておく。そして、該充填口を気密の空間(3)で包囲し、該空間及び該容器の内部に支燃性又は可燃性を有する高圧ガスを圧入した後、該空間内で該充填口(2)を封止する。本発明にかかる封止構造は、支燃性又は可燃性を有する高圧ガスを収容する容器(10)に各別に設けられた該高圧ガスの取出口(1)と充填口(2)が、各別に封止され、該取出口(1)のみが開封自在となっている。

Description
酸素ガスの充填が終了したら、最後に、空間3内で充填口2を封止し、容器10に高圧の酸素ガスを封入することができる。
こうすると、通気溝4aを介して容器10内へ高圧酸素ガスを円滑に圧入でき、また押棒26による押圧作業のみにより充填口2を簡単に封止できるので、充填口2を包囲する限られた空間3内での実施が可能である。しかも、金属ピン4と充填口2内壁の変形を利用することにより、封止後も高い密封性を維持することができる。
金属管5で充填口2を封止するには、まず、充填口2を空間3で包囲する前に、金属管5を充填口2に挿入する。この際、金属管5は、図3(a)に示すように、その端部5a近傍が充填口2から突出する位置まで挿入する。また、金属管5と充填口2の変形のみではそれらの隙間からの気体の漏洩を防止できない場合は、双方を蝋付け等で気密に接着しておく。そして、高圧酸素ガスを圧入した後、空間3内で端部5aを潰し、図3(b)に示す状態とすることで充填口2を封止することができる。
この場合でも、金属ピン4を使用した場合と同様に、金属管5の内側連通部を介して容器10内へ高圧酸素ガスを円滑に圧入でき、また金属管5の端部5aを押し潰す作業のみにより充填口2を簡単に封止できるので、充填口2を包囲する限られた空間3内での実施が可能である。しかも、金属管5の変形を利用することにより、封止後も高い密封性を維持することができる。
こうすると、充填口2の密封性を更に向上させることができる。
保持部22を離脱させたら、環状壁部7に封板8を載置し、再び保持部22を容器10に圧着させる。また、容器10の外周に下部電極28を取り付けておく。なお、下部電極28は、図1(a)に示すように、充填口2を封止する前の最初の設置において取り付けても良い。
続いて、シリンダー27を容器10に向けて移動させ、その先端部に設けられた上部電極29を封板8に押しあてる。そして、溶接装置30を作動させ封板8をプロジェクション溶接することにより、充填口2を気密に包囲する二次封止手段6を形成することができる。
こうすると、容易に開封できるように封止でき、しかも封止後も高い密封性を保つことができる。なお、安全封板としては、例えば、特公昭63−34360号公報に開示されているものを好適に使用することができる。

- ガスの取出口(1)と充填口(2)を各別に容器(10)に設け、該取出口(1)を予め開封自在に封止しておき、該充填口(2)を気密の空間(3)で包囲し、該空間(3)及び該容器(10)の内部に支燃性又は可燃性を有する高圧ガスを圧入した後、該空間(3)内で該充填口(2)を封止することを特徴とする支燃性又は可燃性を有する高圧ガスを収容する容器の封止方法。
- 該充填口(2)の封止は、円錐台形で側面途中から面積の小さい頂面(4b)に亘って設けられた通気溝(4a)を備える金属ピン(4)を使用し、該充填口(2)を該気密の空間(3)で包囲する前に、該充填口(2)に該金属ピン(4)を、該頂面(4b)が該充填口(2)内に配置されかつ該通気溝(4a)の端部近傍が該充填口(2)外に配置される位置まで挿入し、該高圧ガスを圧入した後、該空間(3)内で該通気溝(4a)が該充填口(2)内に埋没するまで該金属ピン(4)を圧嵌させることにより達成される請求項1に記載の支燃性又は可燃性を有する高圧ガスを収容する容器の封止方法。
- 該充填口(2)の封止は、金属管(5)を使用し、該充填口(2)を該気密の空間(3)で包囲する前に、該充填口(2)に該金属管(5)を、その端部(5a)近傍が該充填口(2)から突出する位置まで挿入し、該高圧ガスを圧入した後、該空間(3)内で該端部(5a)を潰すことにより達成される請求項1に記載の支燃性又は可燃性を有する高圧ガスを収容する容器の封止方法。
- 該封止された充填口(2)は、二次封止手段(6)で気密に包囲される請求項1〜3のいずれか一つの項に記載の支燃性又は可燃性を有する高圧ガスを収容する容器の封止方法。
