Abstract
【解決手段】制御圧で負荷可能な制御入口96と、システム圧で負荷可能なシステム圧入口94と、2つの出口100,102と、少なくとも1つの戻し出口98とを備えた第1のスプール弁64が設けられており、制御入口に位置する圧力に関連して選択的に、一方の出口が、システム圧入口に接続されており、他方の出口が、戻し出口に接続されており、スプール弁の出口に接続された弁装置104が設けられており、該弁装置104によって、シフトシリンダが選択的に操作可能であるようにした。

Claims (12)
- 複数のハイドロリック式のシフトシリンダ(SZ1〜SZ8)、特にツインクラッチ伝動装置のギヤ段をシフトするためのシフトシリンダを制御するための装置において、
制御圧で負荷可能な制御入口(96)と、システム圧で負荷可能なシステム圧入口(94)と、2つの出口(100,102)と、少なくとも1つの戻し出口(98)とを備えた第1のスプール弁(64)が設けられており、制御入口に位置する圧力に関連して選択的に、一方の出口が、システム圧入口に接続されており、他方の出口が、戻し出口に接続されており、
スプール弁の出口に接続された弁装置(66,68;104;116)が設けられており、該弁装置(66,68;104;116)によって、シフトシリンダが選択的に操作可能であることを特徴とする、複数のハイドロリック式のシフトシリンダを制御するための装置。 - 弁装置が、スプール弁(66,68)によって形成されていて、入口と、出口と、スプールとを備えており、該スプールが、制御圧による負荷に関連して第1の位置または第2の位置に運動可能であり、スプール弁の各入口に2つの出口が対応配置されており、両出口の一方が、スプールの第1の位置で入口に接続されており、両出口の他方が、スプールの第2の位置で入口に接続されており、スプール弁が、段で連続して配置されていて、カスケードを形成しており、これによって、後置された段のスプール弁の入口が、先行する段のスプール弁の出口に接続されており、第1のスプール弁(64)が、第1の段を形成しており、最後の段のスプール弁の出口が、それぞれ1つのシフトシリンダ(SZ1〜SZ8)に接続されており、制御装置(58,60,62;58,62,74)が設けられており、該制御装置(58,60,62;58,62,74)のうち、それぞれ1つの制御装置が、1つの段のスプール弁に対応配置されており、これによって、1つの段の全てのスプール弁が、同時に制御圧で負荷可能である、請求項1記載の装置。
- カスケードの第2の段が、2つの入口と4つの出口とを備えたスプール弁(66)を有しており、
第3の段が、それぞれ2つの入口と4つの出口とを備えた2つのスプール弁(681,682)を有している、請求項2記載の装置。 - 少なくとも幾つかの制御装置が、電磁操作可能な制御弁(58,60,62)によって形成されている、請求項2記載の装置。
- パイロット制御圧管路(52)が、絞り(56)を介して1つの制御弁(58,60,62)と1つのスプール弁(64,66,68)の制御チャンバとの間の接続管路に接続されている、請求項4記載の装置。
- ツインクラッチ伝動装置のギヤ段をシフトするための複数のハイドロリック式のシフトシリンダを制御するための、請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置において、第3の段の、第2の段のスプール弁(66)の一方の入口に接続可能な出口が、ツインクラッチ伝動装置の第1のグループのギヤ段をシフトすることができるシフトシリンダに接続されており、第3の段の、第2の段のスプール弁の他方の入口に接続可能な出口が、第2のグループのギヤ段をシフトすることができるシフトシリンダに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 第2の段のスプール弁(66)を操作するための制御装置が、ハイドロリック管路へのスプール弁の制御チャンバの接続部によって形成されており、
ハイドロリック管路を介して、ツインクラッチ伝動装置の一方のクラッチ(K1,K2)が、圧力負荷によって操作可能である、請求項6記載の装置。 - それぞれ2つのシフトシリンダが、相互に作用するように、それぞれ1つのシフト部材(92)を備えたシフトアッセンブリ(90)にまとめられており、
弁装置が、シフトアッセンブリのシフトシリンダに対応配置されたそれぞれ1つの個別出口(106,108,110,112)と、操作アッセンブリのシフトシリンダに共通に対応配置されたそれぞれ別の集合出口(122)とを備えた、制御圧で負荷可能な多方弁(104;116)を有しており、該多方弁が、第1のスプール弁(64)の位置に応じてシステム圧を選択的に個別出口の1つに案内するようになっていて、この場合、別の全てのシフトシリンダを戻し出口に接続するようになっているかまたは選択的に個別出口の1つを戻し出口に接続するようになっていて、この場合、別の全ての出口をシステム圧で負荷するようになっている、請求項1記載の装置。 - 多方弁がロータリスプール弁(116)であり、該ロータリスプール弁(116)のロータリスプール(120)が、第1のスプール弁(64)の一方の出口に接続された一方の入口を選択的に個別出口(106,108,110,112)の1つに接続するようになっており、ロータリスプール弁(116)の集合出口(122)が、第1のスプール弁の他方の出口に接続された、ロータリスプール弁の他方の入口を同時に形成している、請求項8記載の装置。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の装置を有する、ツインクラッチ伝動装置に用いられるハイドロリック供給システムにおいて、
ポンプ(30)によって圧力で負荷可能な管路(38)が設けられており、該管路(38)が、圧力調整弁(40)に接続されており、該圧力調整弁(40)が、制御装置(58,60,62)に接続されたパイロット制御圧管路(52)のための接続部と、戻し接続部とを有しており、該戻し接続部が、冷却器(44)を通って延びる冷却管路(42)を介して戻し管路(46)に接続されており、
バイパス管路(48)が設けられており、該バイパス管路(48)が、冷却管路を戻し管路に接続するようになっており、
バイパス管路内に配置された圧力制限弁(50)が設けられており、該圧力制限弁(50)が、バイパス管路の通流横断面を冷却器における動圧の増加時に徐々に開放するようになっていることを特徴とする、ツインクラッチ伝動装置に用いられるハイドロリック供給システム。 - 戻し管路を通って流れるハイドロリック流体の少なくとも一部が、クラッチ(K1,K2)の冷却のために使用されるようになっている、請求項10記載のハイドロリックシステム。
- 圧力媒体で負荷される管路(84)が、圧力なしのサンプ(86)への供給前にジェットポンプ(83)を介在して少なくとも1つのクラッチ(K1,K2)に冷却のために供給されるようになっており、ジェットポンプ(83)が、圧力媒体の、管路(84)内に搬送された体積流に関連して、サンプ(86)に接続された逆止弁(85)の作用に抗してサンプ(86)から付加的な冷媒を少なくとも1つのクラッチ(K1,K2)の冷却のために吸い込むようになっている、請求項1記載の装置。
