Abstract
【解決手段】 プラスチックにフィラーを重点する際に、プラスチックとフィラーの結合を充分なものにするため、石油ワックス、モンタンワックス、動物ワックス、植物ワックスなどの天然ワックス、あるいは、脂肪酸、脂肪酸エステル、脂肪酸アミド、FTワックス、極性基変性ポリオレフィンワックスなどの合成ワックスを使用する。

Description
該新規添加剤の特徴:
メタロセン触媒作用を用いて製造したポリエチレンワックス
滴点: 約120℃
酸価: 約40mgKOH/g
粘度: 140℃で約220mPas
配合: 粉末状成分の全てを、タンブリングミキサー中で均一に混合した。この混合物を、共回転式二軸スクリュー押出機を用いて加工してペレットとした。
試験片の作製: DIN EN ISO294に従う標準ダンベル試験片を、全ての試験用に射出成形した。
Claims (17)
- フィラー含有プラスチックのための変性剤としてワックスを使用する方法。
- ワックスが合成もしくは天然ワックスからなる、請求項1の使用方法。
- 天然ワックスが、石油ワックス、モンタンワックス、動物ワックスもしくは植物ワックスからなる、請求項1または2の使用方法。
- 合成ワックスが、脂肪酸、脂肪酸エステル、脂肪酸アミド、フィッシャートロプシュワックス、ポリオレフィンワックス、もしくは極性変性ポリオレフィンワックスからなる、請求項1または3の使用方法。
- 天然ワックスがモンタンワックスからなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つの使用方法。
- 合成ワックスがポリオレフィンワックスからなる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つの使用方法。
- 合成ワックスが極性変性ポリオレフィンワックスからなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つの使用方法。
- 前記材料が、極性モノマーを用いてグラフト化したポリオレフィンワックスからなる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つの使用方法。
- 前記材料が、無水マレイン酸及び/またはアルコキシ置換ビニルシラン及び/またはスチレン類を用いてグラフト化されたポリオレフィンワックスからなる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つの使用方法。
- フィラーが無機もしくは有機フィラーからなる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つの使用方法。
- 無機フィラーが、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウムカルシウム、ケイ酸アルミニウム類、二酸化ケイ素、ケイ酸マグネシウム類(タルク)、硫酸バリウム、ケイ酸ナトリウムカリウムアルミニウム類、金属もしくは金属酸化物、及び/または水酸化アルミニウム類からなる、請求項10の使用方法。
- 有機フィラーが、カーボンブラックもしくはグラファイト、木粉もしくはコルク粉、木粒、木材繊維、ガラス繊維、または天然繊維、または有機顔料からなる、請求項10の使用方法。
- ワックスの使用量が、フィラーを基準にして0.05〜10重量%である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つの使用方法。
- ワックスの使用量が、フィラーを基準にして0.5〜5.0重量%である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つの使用方法。
- 熱可塑性プラスチックもしくは熱硬化性プラスチックが、フィラーを1〜99重量%の割合で含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一つの使用方法。
- 熱可塑性プラスチックもしくは熱硬化性プラスチックが、フィラーを50〜90重量%の量で含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか一つの使用方法。
- ポリビニルクロライド、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、ポリカーボネート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリアミド、スチレンポリマー、及び/またはこれらのブレンドからなる、請求項15または16の熱可塑性プラスチックもしくは加硫可能なプラスチックまたは熱硬化性プラスチック。
