Abstract
【解決手段】 液体試料に含まれる不純物を除去する工程と、不純物を除去した前記液体試料を加熱濃縮しないで、前記液体試料に過酸化物を添加して加熱分解する工程と、加熱分解した前記液体試料を放冷する工程と、放冷した前記液体試料に還元剤を添加した混合溶液を煮沸還元する工程と、煮沸還元した前記混合溶液を放冷する工程と、放冷した前記混合溶液に含まれるセレンを測定する工程と、を含むセレンの定量分析方法により、液体試料に含まれるセレンの定量を精度よく、かつ迅速に分析することができる。

Description
1.液体試料の不純物を除去する。
2.不純物を除去した前記液体試料に、硝酸、硫酸、及び過塩素酸を添加した混合溶液を乾固寸前(過塩素酸又は硫酸の白煙がわずかにでる程度)まで加熱濃縮する。
3.放冷後、さらに塩酸を添加して煮沸還元する。
4.放冷後、さらに塩酸を添加して生成された水素化物セレンを水素化物発生原子吸光法により測定する。

Claims (2)
- 液体試料に含まれるセレンの定量分析方法であって、前記液体試料に含まれる不純物を除去する工程と、不純物を除去した前記液体試料を加熱濃縮しないで、前記液体試料に過酸化物を添加して加熱分解する工程と、加熱分解した前記液体試料を放冷する工程と、放冷した前記液体試料に還元剤を添加した混合溶液を煮沸還元する工程と、煮沸還元した前記混合溶液を放冷する工程と、放冷した前記混合溶液に含まれるセレンを測定する工程と、を含むことを特徴とするセレンの定量分析方法。
- 前記過酸化物が過マンガン酸カリウムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセレンの定量分析方法。
