Abstract
【解決手段】 円すいころ軸受は、内輪10と外輪20と円すいころ24と保持器32を有し、内輪10の小つば14側端面に内径側から外径側まで切り通した油溝18を設け、この油溝18を内輪10が嵌合する軸50に設けた給油孔48と連通させ、かつ、内輪10の小つば14側端面の位置を保持器32の小径側リブ38の内壁面よりも円すいころ24寄りとした。

Claims (4)
- 内輪と外輪と円すいころと保持器を有し、前記内輪の小つば側端面に内径側から外径側まで切り通した油溝を設け、前記油溝を前記内輪が嵌合する軸に設けた給油孔と連通させ、かつ、前記内輪の小つば側端面の位置を前記保持器の小径側リブの内壁面よりも前記円すいころ寄りとしたことを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。
- 前記内輪の小つば側端面に円環状部品を当接させ、前記円環状部品に、前記油溝と前記給油孔とを連通させる連通路を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記円環状部品が、内径面に形成した環状溝と、前記環状溝の側壁に形成した切り通し溝を有し、前記環状溝を前記給油孔と連通させ、前記切り通し溝を前記油溝と連通させたことを特徴とする請求項2の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記円環状部品が内径部にチャンファを有し、前記チャンファを介して前記油溝と前記給油孔とを連通させたことを特徴とする請求項2の円すいころ軸受。
