Abstract
【解決手段】回転系の回転軸線Aの周りに配置した走行路18を設け、走行路18内に少なくとも1個のバランス調整体20を移動自在に保持し、このバランス調整体に沿って弾性を有する固定手段を設け、回転系の回転速度が所定閾値よりも低い場合に、この固定手段が少なくとも1個のバランス調整体20を走行路18の内方移動限界面26に押し付けて固定するようにした自動バランス調整装置2において、走行路18を、断面で見て少なくとも1個のバランス調整体20の遠心力方向Fに向かって狭まるよう互いに傾斜した2個の転動面22a,22bと、弾性を有する固定手段とによって画定し、固定手段を2個の転動面22a,22b間に配置して、バランス調整体20を転動面22a,22bから離して遠心力方向Fとは反対方向に内方移動制限面26の方向に押圧する。

Claims (7)
- 回転系のための自動バランス調整装置(2)であって、回転系の回転軸線(A)の周りに配置した走行路(18)を設け、この走行路(18)内に少なくとも1個のバランス調整体(20)を移動自在に保持し、このバランス調整体に沿って弾性を有する固定手段を設け、回転系の回転速度が所定閾値よりも低い場合に、この固定手段が前記少なくとも1個のバランス調整体(20)を前記走行路(18)の内方移動限界面(26)に押し付けて固定するようにした自動バランス調整装置において、
前記走行路(18)を、断面で見て少なくとも1個のバランス調整体(20)の遠心力方向(F)に向かって狭まるよう互いに傾斜した2個の転動面(22a,22b)と、前記弾性を有する固定手段とによって画定し、
前記固定手段を前記2個の転動面(22a,22b)間に配置して、前記バランス調整体(20)を前記転動面(22a,22b)から離して遠心力方向(F)とは反対方向に前記内方移動制限面(26)の方向に押圧するようにした
ことを特徴とする自動バランス調整装置。 - 前記弾性を有する固定手段を、単に1個のOリング(24)により構成した請求項1記載の自動バランス調整装置。
- 前記弾性を有する固定手段を、発泡ゴムまたはフェルトによって構成した請求項1または2記載の自動バランス調整装置。
- 前記走行路(18)を、少なくとも2個の部分(8,10)からなるハウジング(6)内に形成した請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の自動バランス調整装置。
- 転動面(22a,22b)を、各部分(8,10)にそれぞれ設けた請求項4記載の自動バランス調整装置。
- 前記部分(8,10)を形状ロックにより相互連結する構成とした請求項4または5記載の自動バランス調整装置。
- 前記形状ロック連結を係止部(12)によって行う請求項6記載の自動バランス調整装置。
