Abstract
【解決手段】 嵌合部を有する金属製芯材へ磁性材の混合された磁性体からなる磁性環を形成した磁気エンコーダであって、前記磁性間の表面を凹凸がRa0.2〜10.0またはRy2〜100.0に粗し形成せしめたことを特徴とする磁気エンコーダとその装着構造を提供する。これにより積み重ね時に弾性材のキズと密着を防いで保管性とか取扱性を向上せしめる。

Description
この、磁性環1の表面に大きなキズがつくと微細隙間を持って着磁される多極磁石の精度を狂わせるもので、小さなキズであっても視覚的、商品的にも容認できない部位であるものと位置づけられている。
本発明はこのような欠点・不備を除去し、簡単な構造でキズの発生を防ぎシール材同志の密着現象を完全に防ぎマガジンからの装着をスムーズなものとすることのできる磁気エンコーダを提供することを目的としている。
このようにして形成された磁性環1の表面は前記金型キャビティの凹凸が転写され、Ra0.2〜10.0またはRy2〜100.0に粗れた凹凸5が形成される。
このように磁性環1の表面を凹凸5に形成せしめることにより、この凹凸5がその接触面積を少なくして密着防止作用を発揮することも期待することができる。

Claims (3)
- 嵌合部を有する金属製芯材へ、磁性材の混合された磁性体からなる磁性環を形成した磁気エンコーダにおいて、
前記磁性環の表面を凹凸がRa0.2〜10.0またはRy2〜100.0の粗さに形成せしめたことを特徴とする磁気エンコーダ。 - 金属製芯材へ、磁性材の混合された磁性体でなる磁性環を形成した磁気エンコーダにあり、前記金属製芯材の嵌合部を嵌合した回転体において、
前記磁性環の表面がRa0.2〜10.0またはRy2〜100.0の粗し凹凸を持つことを特徴とする磁気エンコーダを装着した回転体。 - 前記磁性環を成形する金型キャビティの表面へブラスト加工、放電加工、あるいはシボ加工を施して、前記磁性環の表面の凹凸がRa0.2〜10.0またはRy2〜100.0になるよう粗し形成せしめたことを特徴とする請求項1の磁気エンコーダ。
