Abstract
【解決手段】残留ガス供給手段90は、PSA機構42と燃焼器20とに接続される残留ガス流路92と、前記残留ガス流路92に両端が連結されて該残留ガス流路92から分岐する分岐流路94とを備える。残留ガス流路92には、分岐流路94の両端連結部間に位置して、開度が整可能な開度調整バルブ96が配設される。分岐流路94には、逆止弁98、オフガスを収容するチャンバ100及び開閉バルブ102が配設される。

Claims (4)
- 含水素燃料を改質して改質ガスを精製する改質部と、PSA機構により前記改質ガスから不要物を除去して水素リッチな燃料ガスを精製する精製部と、前記燃料ガスを貯蔵する貯蔵部と、前記PSA機構の各塔内の残留ガスを加熱部に供給する残留ガス供給手段とを備える燃料ガス製造装置であって、
前記残留ガス供給手段は、前記PSA機構と前記加熱部とに接続される残留ガス流路と、
前記残留ガス流路に両端が連結されて該残留ガス流路から分岐する分岐流路と、
を備え、
前記残留ガス流路には、前記分岐流路の両端連結部間に位置して第1バルブが配設されるとともに、
前記分岐流路には、前記残留ガスを収容するチャンバ及び第2バルブが残留ガス流れ方向に沿って配設されることを特徴とする燃料ガス製造装置。 - 請求項1記載の燃料ガス製造装置において、少なくとも前記残留ガス供給手段を制御する制御手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記第2バルブを2回以上開閉させることにより、前記チャンバの前記残留ガスを段階的に放出させることを特徴とする燃料ガス製造装置。 - 含水素燃料を改質して改質ガスを精製する改質部と、PSA機構により前記改質ガスから不要物を除去して水素リッチな燃料ガスを精製する精製部と、前記燃料ガスを貯蔵する貯蔵部と、前記PSA機構の各塔内の残留ガスを加熱部に供給する残留ガス供給手段とを備え、前記残留ガス供給手段は、前記PSA機構と前記加熱部とに接続され且つ第1バルブが配設された残留ガス流路と、前記残留ガス流路から分岐され且つチャンバ及び第2バルブが配設された分岐流路を設けた燃料ガス製造装置の運転方法であって、
前記PSA機構から残留ガスが放出される際、前記第2バルブを閉塞して前記残留ガスの一部分を前記チャンバに収容する一方、前記第1バルブを開放して該残留ガスの残余の部分を前記加熱部に供給する工程と、
前記PSA機構から前記残留ガスが放出されない際、前記第2バルブを開放して前記チャンバに収容されている前記残留ガスを前記加熱部に供給する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする燃料ガス製造装置の運転方法。 - 請求項3記載の運転方法において、前記第2バルブを2回以上開閉させることにより、前記チャンバの前記残留ガスを段階的に放出させることを特徴とする燃料ガス製造装置の運転方法。
