Abstract
【解決手段】 各照射点(70)は、全撮影領域(72)よりも小さく取り囲む扇形放射線(16)を照射するように構成される。照射点(70)は個々にアクティブにされ、撮影領域(72)の周囲を回転し、それぞれの放射線流(16)が撮影領域(72)周囲で様々なビュー角度で照射することができるようになる。照射点(70)は、撮影領域(72)の異なる半径方向領域に対応することができ、撮影領域内の関心領域(80)を強調するように区別してアクティブにすることができる。複数の照射点(70)は、重複又はオフセット構成における長手方向軸に沿って外挿することができる。

Claims (10)
- 個々にアクティブにされるよう構成され、アクティブ時には各々が撮影領域(72)のそれぞれの部分を通るそれぞれの放射線流(16)を照射する、2つ又はそれ以上の離散的な照射点(70)を含むX線源(12)と、
各検出器素子が前記それぞれの放射線流(16、20)に応答して1つ又は複数の信号を生成することができる、複数の検出器素子を含む検出器アレイ(22)と、
を備えるCTイメージング・システム(10)。 - 前記2つ又はそれ以上の照射点(70)が前記撮影領域(72)の周囲を回転し、これにより各照射点(70)がアクティブ時にそれぞれのビュー角度から前記それぞれの放射線流(16)を照射する請求項1に記載のCTイメージング・システム(10)。
- 前記2つ又はそれ以上の照射点(70)が、前記照射点(70)を前記撮影領域(72)の周囲で機械的に回転させることにより回転する請求項2に記載のCTイメージング・システム(10)。
- 前記2つ又はそれ以上の照射点(70)が、前記撮影領域(72)の周囲でリング状に配置された固定照射点のアクティブ化により効果的に回転する請求項2に記載のCTイメージング・システム(10)。
- 前記固定照射点(70)が順次的にアクティブになるように構成される請求項4に記載のCTイメージング・システム。
- 1つ又は複数のX線源(12)を制御し、データ収集システム(34)を介して複数の検出器素子から1つ又は複数の信号を収集するように構成されたシステム制御装置(24)と、
前記1つ又は複数の信号を受信し、前記1つ又は複数の信号を処理して1つ又は複数の画像を生成するように構成されたコンピュータ・システム(36)と、
前記1つ又は複数の画像を表示するように構成されたオペレータ・ワークステーション(40)と、
を更に備える請求項1に記載のCTイメージング・システム。 - CTイメージング方法であって、
2つ又はそれ以上の離散的な照射点(70)を含むX線源(12)を撮影領域(72)の周囲で回転させ段階と、
前記照射点(70)の各々がアクティブ時に前記撮影領域(72)のそれぞれの部分を通ってそれぞれの放射線流(16)を照射するように、前記撮影領域(72)の周囲のビュー角度で前記照射点(70)の少なくとも2つを個々にアクティブにする段階と、
前記それぞれの放射線流(16)に応答して生成された複数の信号を検出器(22)から収集する段階と、
1つ又は複数の画像を生成するように前記複数の信号を処理する動作と、
を含む方法。 - それぞれのビュー角度、及び患者(18)を通るそれぞれの経路に基づいて各放射線流(16)のフラックスを求める段階を更に含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記X線源(12)の回転が、前記撮影領域(72)の周囲で前記X線源(12)を機械的に回転させることを含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記X線源(12)の効果的な回転が、前記2つ又はそれ以上の照射点(70)を順次アクティブにする段階を含み、前記2つ又はそれ以上の照射点(70)が前記撮影領域(72)の周囲で固定されたリング状に配置される請求項7に記載の方法。
