Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明による染料感応太陽電池は、透光性物質からなる第1電極が第2電極と互いに対向配置され、第1電極には染料が吸着する多孔質膜が形成され、第2電極の第1電極と対向する面には凹凸が形成される。そして、第1電極と第2電極との間の空間には電解質を含浸する。

Description
第1電極として、ITOが形成された第1透明基板を用意する。ITO上に7〜25nm程度の平均粒径を有するTiO2粒子ペーストを、バーコーティング(bar coating)法で1cm2の面積に塗布し、450℃の温度で30分間焼成して、約15μm厚さの多孔質膜を形成した。
第2電極の製造時にITO表面を引っ掻かない点を除けば、実施例と同様な方法で染料感応太陽電池を製造した。

Claims (17)
- 透光性物質からなる第1電極;
前記第1電極に対向配置され、前記第1電極と対向する面に凹凸が形成された第2電極;
前記第1電極の前記第2電極と対向する面に形成される多孔質膜;
前記多孔質膜に吸着された染料;及び
前記第1電極と第2電極との間の空間に含浸された電解質;を含む染料感応太陽電池。 - 前記第1電極に対向する前記第2電極の面は、表面粗度の自乗平均値が1nm〜10μmの範囲に含まれる、請求項1に記載の染料感応太陽電池。
- 前記第1電極に対向する前記第2電極面に形成された凹凸は、階段形状、針状、メッシュ形状、引っ掻き形状、及び傷痕状のうちの少なくともいずれか一つの形状を含む、請求項1に記載の染料感応太陽電池。
- 前記染料は、Al、Pt、Pd、Eu、Pb、Irを含む金属の錯体、又はRu錯体のうちのいずれか一つ又はこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の染料感応太陽電池。
- 前記多孔質膜は、平均粒径が100nm以下である酸化物粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の染料感応太陽電池。

透明基板を覆った第1導電性フィルムに凹凸を形成し、前記第1導電性フィルム上に第2導電性フィルムを蒸着させる、請求項13に記載の染料感応太陽電池の製造方法。 - 前記第2電極の一つの面に凹凸を形成する段階では、
透明基板を覆った第1導電性フィルムに引っ掻き加工を行って凹凸を形成し、前記第1導電性フィルム上に白金を蒸着させる、請求項16に記載の染料感応太陽電池の製造方法。
