Abstract
【解決手段】 触媒担持層と、この触媒担持層に担持された貴金属触媒とSOx吸収剤からなる排気浄化触媒において、前記触媒担持層が相対的に硫酸塩の保持力の低い部分と硫酸塩の保持力の高い部分が存在する硫酸塩の保持力の高低分布を示し、前記貴金属触媒が触媒担持層の相対的に硫酸塩の保持力の低い部分に担持され、この貴金属によって酸化されたSOxを相対的に硫酸塩の保持力の高い部分に拡散させて固定するようにする。

Claims (5)
- 触媒担持層と、この触媒担持層に担持された貴金属触媒とSOx吸収剤からなる排気浄化触媒であって、前記触媒担持層が相対的に硫酸塩の保持力の低い部分と硫酸塩の保持力の高い部分が存在する硫酸塩の保持力の高低分布を示し、前記貴金属触媒が触媒担持層の相対的に硫酸塩の保持力の低い部分に担持され、この貴金属によって酸化されたSOxを相対的に硫酸塩の保持力の高い部分に拡散させて固定する排気浄化触媒。
- 触媒担持層と、この触媒担持層に担持された貴金属触媒とSOx吸収剤からなる排気浄化触媒であって、前記触媒担持層が相対的に塩基性の弱い部分と塩基性の強い部分が存在する塩基性の強弱分布を示し、前記貴金属触媒が触媒担持層の相対的に塩基性の弱い部分に担持され、この貴金属によって酸化されたSOxを相対的に塩基性の強い部分に拡散させて固定する排気浄化触媒。
- 触媒担持層と、この触媒担持層に担持された貴金属触媒とSOx吸収剤からなる排気浄化触媒であって、前記触媒担持層が相対的に硫酸塩の分解温度の低い部分と硫酸塩の分解温度の高い部分が存在する硫酸塩の分解温度の高低分布を示し、前記貴金属触媒が触媒担持層の相対的に硫酸塩の分解温度の低い部分に担持され、この貴金属によって酸化されたSOxを相対的に硫酸塩の分解温度の高い部分に拡散させて固定する排気浄化触媒。
- 前記触媒担持層が担体基材表面に被覆されており、前記貴金属触媒が排ガス流路側の触媒担持層表面上に担持されており、前記触媒担持層の硫酸塩の保持力の低い部分が排ガス流路側に、硫酸塩の保持力の高い部分が基材側に配置され、この触媒担持層の硫酸塩の保持力が表層に比べて深層の方が高く、触媒担持層表面において酸化されたSOxをこの相対的に硫酸塩の保持力の高い深層に拡散させて固定する、請求項1記載の排気浄化触媒。
- 前記触媒担持層が相対的に硫酸塩の保持力の低い粒子と硫酸塩の保持力の高い粒子から形成され、前記貴金属触媒が硫酸塩の保持力の低い粒子上に担持され、この貴金属によって酸化されたSOxをこの相対的に硫酸塩の保持力の高い粒子に拡散させて固定する、請求項1記載の排気浄化触媒。
