Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明による車両のエンジンの吸気装置は、内部に空気流路が形成され、流入する空気をフィルタリングするためのエアクリーナーユニット;エアクリーナーユニットの下部に装着され、エンジンに供給される空気を圧縮及び冷却するための過給機インタークーラーユニット;を含み、過給機インタークーラーユニットの出口側空気流路は、エアクリーナーユニットの空気流路と接するように形成される。

Claims (12)
- エンジンの吸気装置において、
内部に空気流路が形成され、流入する空気をフィルタリングするためのエアクリーナーユニット;
前記エアクリーナーユニットの下部に装着され、前記エンジンに供給される空気を圧縮及び冷却するための過給機インタークーラーユニット;を含み、
前記過給機インタークーラーユニットの少なくとも一つの出口側空気流路は、前記エアクリーナーユニットの空気流路と接するように形成されることを特徴とするエンジンの吸気装置。 - 前記エアクリーナーユニットは、複数の入口が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンの吸気装置。
- 前記過給機インタークーラーユニットは、
入口が前記エアクリーナーユニットに連結され、出口が前記エンジンのシリンダーヘッドに連結されるハウジング;
前記ハウジングの内部に装着され、流入する空気を圧縮する一対のローター;
前記一対のローターによって圧縮された空気を冷却するインタークーラー;を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンの吸気装置。 - 前記過給機インタークーラーユニットの出口側空気流路は、前記エアクリーナーユニットの少なくとも一つの空気流路と接するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエンジンの吸気装置。
- 前記過給機インタークーラーユニットの入口に装着され、過給機インタークーラーユニットに供給される吸入空気の量を調節するためのスロットルボディーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエンジンの吸気装置。
- 前記エアクリーナーユニット及び前記過給機インタークーラーユニットは、チューブによって連結されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエンジンの吸気装置。
- 前記チューブはゴム材質から形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエンジンの吸気装置。
- 前記チューブはプラスチック材質から形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエンジンの吸気装置。
- 前記過給機インタークーラーユニットは、
前記一対のローターのうちのいずれか一つのローターに固定されるプーリ;をさらに含み、
前記プーリは、前記エンジンによって駆動されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエンジンの吸気装置。 - 前記過給機インタークーラーユニットの出口はシリンダーヘッドに連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンの吸気装置。
- 前記過給機インタークーラーユニットの出口は少なくとも一つ設置されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のエンジンの吸気装置。
- 前記エアクリーナーユニットと前記過給機インタークーラーユニットとの間には少なくとも一つのガスケットが介在されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンの吸気装置。
