Abstract
【解決手段】電極(2)および導電性経路(4)を含む、ITOなどの透明な導電性酸化物からなる導電性のパターンが、サファイアもしくは強化ガラスで作られた透明な基体(3)の一方の面上に形成され、次に、ΜgF2もしくはLiF2などの低屈折率の透明誘電体からなる第1の層(5)でコーティングされ、更に、Αl2O3、Ta2O5、もしくはDLCなどの、高屈折率の別の透明誘電体からなる第2の層(7)でコーティングされる。

Claims (11)
- 一方の面に電極(2)により形成された導電性パターンと、導電性経路(4)と、接触領域(6)とが設けられた透明な基体(3)により形成された、目に見えない電極を有する透明な素子(1)を製造する方法であって、
前記基体(3)の全表面に亘って透明な導電性酸化物の膜(TCO)を堆積させ、マスクを介して前記導電性パターン(2、4、6)を形成しないTCOの領域をエッチングにより除去し、次にマスクの残った部分を除去する工程と、
低屈折率を有する透明誘電体材料(L)からなる第1の層(5)を堆積させる工程と、
前記第1の層の屈折率に対して高屈折率を有する別の透明誘電体材料(H)からなる第2の層を堆積させる工程と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記透明な導電性酸化物は、錫およびインジウムの酸化物(ITO)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基体(3)は、前記第1の誘電体層(5)の堆積が実施される前に、酸素の分圧下で略250℃まで予め温度を上げておくことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記双方の誘電体堆積(L、H)は、同じ密閉室で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層(5)および前記第2の層(7)の前記誘電体は、屈折率が増える順に等級分けされた化合物、MgF2、LiF、SiO2、SiOX、AlO3、Si3Ν4、ZnS、TiO2、ΑlΝ、Ta2O5、およびDLC(ダイアモンド状炭素)の中から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層(5)の前記誘電体は、フッ化マグネシウムまたはフッ化リチウムで、かつ、前記第2の層(7)の前記誘電体は、アルミナ、五酸化タンタル、またはダイアモンド状炭素であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層(5)の厚さは、50〜100ナノメータで、好ましくは約60ナノメータの厚さであり、かつ、前記第2の層の厚さは、8〜25ナノメータで、好ましくは約16ナノメータの厚さであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記透明な基体(3)は、サファイアもしくは強化ガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記誘電体層(5、7)の前記堆積は、順番L、Hを維持しながら、少なくとも1回は反復されることを特徴とする先行の請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記電極(2)は、容量性タッチ画面のセンサーを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記透明な素子は、腕時計のガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
