Abstract
【解決手段】(デバイスの一体構成要素または取り外し可能構成要素のいずれかとして)デバイスに固定されると、ろ過中の適切なガス抜きを可能にし、エアロックを最小にするすなわち防止し、構造上の完全さが改善されたマルチウェル用の下部排液装置構成である。複数のウェルを有するプレートまたはトレイと、複数のウェルそれぞれと流体連通する下部排液装置とを含む、マルチプレート形式のために特に構成された実験室デバイスもまた開示される。下部排液装置は、個別の取り外し可能な部品であるか、または、1つの部品構成を形成する、プレートまたはトレイとの一体のユニット式構造であることができる。構成は、SBS形式に適合するのが好ましい。

Claims (8)
- 複数のウェルを有するマルチウェルデバイス用の下部排液装置であって、
前記複数のウェルに対して数が対応する複数の排出口と、
それぞれが複数の排出口の各1つの排出口の周りを囲む、複数の保護部材と、
それぞれが前記排出口の各1つの排出口に結合され、かつそれぞれ各排出口を基準にして各保護部材から半径の外方向に位置する、複数の補強部材と、
各補強部材から半径の外方向に位置しそれぞれの排出口に結合される少なくとも1つの孤立部材とを備える、下部排液装置。 - マルチウェルデバイスであって、
複数のウェルを有するベースプレートと、下部排液装置とを備え、前記下部排液装置が、
前記複数のウェルそれぞれに結合される排出口と、
前記複数のウェルそれぞれに結合され、かつそれぞれ前記排出口の周りを囲む、保護部材と、
それぞれ前記排出口に結合される複数の補強部材とを備え、該補強部材は、それぞれ各排出口を基準にして各保護部材から半径の外方向に位置し、前記下部排液装置がさらに、
各補強部材から半径の外方向に位置しそれぞれのウェルに結合される少なくとも1つの孤立部材を備える、マルチウェルデバイス。 - それぞれの前記排出口に結合される前記複数の補強部材のそれぞれは、間隙によって分離される、請求項2に記載のマルチウェルデバイス。
- それぞれの前記排出口に結合される4つの補強部材がある、請求項2に記載のマルチウェルデバイス。
- 前記複数のウェルそれぞれは膜を含む、請求項2に記載のマルチウェルデバイス。
- 前記下部排液装置は前記ベースプレートから取り外し可能である、請求項2に記載のマルチウェルデバイス。
- 複数のウェルを備える実験室デバイスであって、
前記複数のウェルそれぞれは、下部排液装置と流体連通しており、それぞれの下部排液装置は、排出口と、それぞれの前記排出口の周りを囲む保護部材と、それぞれ前記排出口に結合される複数の補強部材とを備え、該補強部材が、それぞれ各排出口を基準にして各保護部材から半径の外方向に位置し、前記下部排液装置はさらに、各補強部材から半径の外方向に位置しそれぞれのウェルに結合される少なくとも1つの孤立部材を備える、実験室デバイス。 - 複数の収集ウェルを有する収集プレートをさらに備え、前記収集プレートは、前記複数の収集ウェルそれぞれが、前記排出口の1つと流体連通するように、前記下部排液装置に関して配設される、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
