Claims (7)
- 複数のウェルを有するマルチウェルデバイス用の下部排液装置であって、
前記複数のウェルに対して数が対応する複数の排出口と、
それぞれが複数の排出口の各1つの排出口の周りを囲む、排出口を保護するための複数の保護部材と、
それぞれが前記排出口の各1つの排出口に結合され、かつそれぞれ各排出口を基準にして各保護部材から半径の外方向に位置する、下部排液装置に剛性を与えるための複数の補強部材と、
各補強部材から半径の外方向に位置しそれぞれの排出口に結合されており、下部排液装置が積み重ねられる収集プレート上に排出口が直接載るのを防止し、下部排液装置の下面と収集プレートとの間に間隔を提供するための少なくとも1つのリブ状の間隔部材と、
各排出口に結合された前記複数の補強部材のそれぞれが、収集プレートをガス抜きするためにガスが通過する通気口を画定する間隙によって分離されている、前記下部排液装置。 - マルチウェルデバイスであって、
複数のウェルを有するベースプレートと、下部排液装置とを備え、前記下部排液装置が、
前記複数のウェルそれぞれに結合される排出口と、
前記複数のウェルそれぞれに結合され、かつそれぞれ前記排出口の周りを囲み、排出口を保護するための保護部材と、
それぞれ前記排出口に結合される、下部排液装置に剛性を与えるための複数の補強部材とを備え、該補強部材は、それぞれ各排出口を基準にして各保護部材から半径の外方向に位置し、各排出口に結合された前記複数の補強部材のそれぞれが、収集プレートをガス抜きするためにガスが通過する通気口を画定する間隙によって分離されており、前記下部排液装置がさらに、
各補強部材から半径の外方向に位置しており、それぞれのウェルに結合される排出口が下部排液装置が積み重ねられる収集プレート上に直接載るのを防止し、下部排液装置の下面と収集プレートとの間に間隔を提供するための少なくとも1つのリブ状の間隔部材を備える、マルチウェルデバイス。 - それぞれの前記排出口に結合される4つの補強部材がある、請求項2に記載のマルチウェルデバイス。
- 前記複数のウェルそれぞれは膜を含む、請求項2に記載のマルチウェルデバイス。
- 前記下部排液装置は前記ベースプレートから取り外し可能である、請求項2に記載のマルチウェルデバイス。
- 複数のウェルを備える実験室デバイスであって、
前記複数のウェルそれぞれは、下部排液装置と流体連通しており、それぞれの下部排液装置は、排出口と、それぞれの前記排出口の周りを囲み、排出口を保護するための保護部材と、それぞれ前記排出口に結合される、下部排液装置に剛性を与えるための複数の補強部材とを備え、該補強部材が、それぞれ各排出口を基準にして各保護部材から半径の外方向に位置し、各排出口に結合された前記複数の補強部材のそれぞれが、収集プレートをガス抜きするためにガスが通過する通気口を画定する間隙によって分離されており、前記下部排液装置はさらに、各補強部材から半径の外方向に位置しており、それぞれのウェルに結合される排出口が下部排液装置が積み重ねられる収集プレート上に直接載るのを防止し、下部排液装置の下面と収集プレートとの間に間隔を提供するための少なくとも1つのリブ状の間隔部材を備える、実験室デバイス。 - 複数の収集ウェルを有する収集プレートをさらに備え、前記収集プレートは、前記複数の収集ウェルそれぞれが、前記排出口の1つと流体連通するように、前記下部排液装置に関して配設される、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
